The fucking intro's made me laugh hard. XD Also, I wanted to say, once I commented on one of your videos complaining about you "inserting politics" into it. That was years ago. I was really racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic and ableist. Then over the last 3 years I've been coming out of that, and realising I'm not cis, and that I'm not neurotypical either (haven't been diagnosed with anything except an anxiety disorder but yeah, it's clear) Yesterday I watched your coming out video on your other channel. And I felt so many emotions I don't know how to describe yet. Just, that it helped me come out a bit more to myself. I realise more and more now I'm non binary most likely. All signs point to it. I'm so happy for you that you could come out fully!
Your attention to detail in editing is genuinely inspiring. Using not just any inhale sound but a corresponding “wh” inhale sound before he says “we” (around 0:48) I might not have noticed except it had the text on the screen. But I’m glad I did because it reminds me just how much effort you put into these and I really appreciate and respect your art
Genuinely hilarious! I love the simplicity and the childlike innocence of each scenario and set up for the jokes, it fits Michael and our perceived persona of him as a YTP character so well. I also love certain details like how occasional specific words show up on the screen as if they're titles. These kinds of videos remind me just how fresh Michael Rosen YTP can still be, and gives me a burst of inspiration!
Words can't describe my love for the niche references to other Rosen YTPers. A small community of clean YTPers that do the funny. @@GreekShinobi223 To be honest, I'm still sticking with the manual splicing instead of generating/converting a voice as a substitute for Sentence Mixing. Sorry for being cruel for commenting that though. Sentence Mixing is always around with us, and made us laugh. Unlike those lazy people who relying on AI to produce some content. (I'm a YTP enthusiast since late 2021, so don't judge me about it.)
true story, i made a Rosen ytp(now deleted) when i was like 13 and i didnt look up any other ytps for insperation, but then i looked up my poop, and like 2 years earlier someone did almost the same poop with like the same joke and the same source and better edited
Michael Rosen's poems/performances are such good material for YTPs (and they're pretty good on their own btw). He's perfectly expressive it just works.
