[YTP] Villager News Reports On a HoH Situation 

I originally started making this YTP in Fall 2020 before I put the project on a backburner for over a year. This is because my ideas for the project at the time just didn't feel like they were working. Then I found in the past month that I had stuff already going on this thing, and my motivation on working on this project rose once I knew what I'm going to do with it.
And here it is.
Fun little factoid: At 2:55, Shoop Da Whoop Villager has been drawn in MS Paint. I figured that I'd go the late '00's YTPs route by drawing a facial expression in MS Paint.
