YTT Vlog Part 3: a full Moon & Himalayan sunrise 

This is Part 3 of my #YTT vlog series! Both full and new moon days are observed as yoga holidays in the Ashtanga Yoga tradition. I go through my own full moon ritual, and we have another excursion! This time we drive to Kunjapuri Temple to witness a sunrise over the Himalayan Mountains.
