That's awesome! Congratulations on over 250k subs you are one of my favorite and first yugituber I ever watched. I'm so excited to see ancient sanctuary I don't really remember much about it so can't wait to see what's all in it. That's so cool spirit of the pharoh is in here I actually used him recently in a lv 2 normal zombie deck. Wow that end of anubis is amazing I love the defense otk with the stone statue of the Aztecs, stronghold guardian monster, and the traps that double a defense of a monster and you can do massive damage.
Oh no. I remember that as a kid the nearest gas Station in my town sold YGO Cards for a while ( was also the quickest way for me to get a Booster ). First they had a Metal Raiders Display and the second was Ancient Sanctuary. Back then i literaly spend all the Money i had on YGO, i simply loved the game. Unfortunatly, i never got anything good out of them ( but imho those two are probably the worst of the "old" Booster packs we got ). Sadest Thing ever: Went there once with my Cousin. I already opened so many packs from the Displays they had, he bought a single pack .. and opened Gate Guardian. Sure a bad Card at that time but also a badass Card and atleast a Secret Rare. Damn i was mad lol. Anyways, after a while i stopped buying packs from them because i Always got dissapointed and since i got more Knowledge i knew that buying packs wasnt that good ( since i started to Play im more competitivly ) and especialy those two packs werent that great .. went to the same gas Station some day to originaly buy something else and they were again having a Display of Ancient Sanctuary .. i just couldnt end my "gas Station packs" with the shitty pulls i got before and said to myself "just take one and leave it behind then, u either get lucky or not" .. and opened the best Card of the set, Enemy Controller in Ultra Rare which at that time was around 30€ :D atleast it had a happy end. Still, the set unfortunatly is terrible xD Still cool to see those older Cards back when YGO was imo more enjoyable ( i stopped playing years ago, still enjoy watching some Videos here and there ) and to remember such a Story of my childhood, thanks m8 :) Keep up ur positivity. I tried it again for two times, once actualy played a tourney were u could win a ps4 and made tops losing to the later winner ( which later got banned because they found out he was cheating ) lol, and another time a bit over a year ago .. but i simply dont like the way the game has changed. Consistency is fine but not if u also can do all that crazy stuff like basicaly locking ur Opponent out of the game with endless negations, extra link or whatever. I enjoyed the game the most in Monarch Format with Warrior Toolbox and all that good old stuff.
@@michaelfellner9822 metal raiders had some of the most best cards in the game for both back then and even now! making it far from one of the worst old school packs. -Solemn Judgment -Change of Heart -Horn of Heaven- -Mirror Force -Magic Jammer -Catapult Turtle -Seven Tools of the Bandit -Thunder Dragon -Tribute to the Dommed all of these were great at one time or another! It's unfortunate that you feel the way you do about the game, but for the time being i hope at least you enjoyed your trip down memory lane with Cyber Knight's box opening.
Haven’t collected in over 10 years. Just recently got back into it. Lots of new monsters and cards to chase after and learn about. Your channel has helped a lot.
Wow, this was the first set I ever opened a box of myself. I remember it being this crazy thing to have a full box of cards to open as a kid. It's so cool to get to see someone else do an opening of that set now all these years later.

And this left some good memory, it's tough memory b/c as I was in 1st grade that I was an idiot, telling a student that my cards was in my backpack and he did stole them. He did changed my life, but when I going to be 18 years old. I have to changed again. P.S. I jump back in playing cards in my high school years when Red-eyes Zombie Dragon in TCG.

I didnt know GOGIGA GAGAGIGO was in here he's one of my favorite normal monsters ever since I had him as a kid he was so cool and strong I think he's the 3rd strongest normal monster in the game.

Fun fact about this set is that it would be the last booster set until Strike of Neos to have secret rares. Sets up to this had 2 secret rares, numbered 000 and the last card of the set. They would introduce ultimate rares in the next set.

I definitely would recommend getting cards PSA graded!! I learned how to, and I don’t regret it one bit! Maybe do a short video explaining what it is and how to do it for people that want to grade they cards.
I think it would be great if you got into grading cards. Maybe you could take us through the process with you. Break down the prices, try different graders (even the ones people say are bad) so we can really see and compare differences. That’d be awesome!
This set was very underwhelming at the time, after all the power creep from Invasion of Chaos. However, several of the cards have become better over time. Enemy Controller has found its way in and out of formats, Zaborg was the first card for Monarch decks, The End of Anubis is seeing play in Labrynth, and Level Limit - Area B was a strong floodgate until Xyz Monsters were introduced.
Gotta remind myself to grab a bunch of packs to open on my channel. Like I have half of the cards you got in this opening, but the other half I've never even heard of.
Some of the most expensive cards in this set are commons and rares. Hard to believe that Mokey Mokey of all things is a 4 dollar card. Of course I will always remember Lebowski from GX using it.
I remember when my big bro buy my first yugioh deck (yugi starter deck) Was in the "la mole" con in mexico, in the only yugioh stand, years later 90% of that con sells, trade and buy yugioh xD
