because judgment is such a fantastic interruption and due to its text will only ever take half so you will never die from a judgment. with as much that you can have with this deck you really do not need to worry about loosing lp

It's a great card honestly, just time it right (to disrupt the summon of a problematic monster/activation of a spell/trap). And the great thing is, unlike the other Solemn cards, you can always pay half, even if you're down to a tiny amount of LP.

It's an awesome card

Adam Selvig, dude decks don’t use spell/trap card. Combination is a brick. Maybe run at 1 max but better without it

The Eye of Timaeus can summon Dragun. Otherwise you can use the Predaplant Vert Anaconda link monster w/ Red-Eyes Fusion. As for what dragon to run with the second option, a Red-Eyes would allow Dragun to destroy two instead of one. Keeper of Dragon Magic would also work as the dragon and would also allow you to search Magicalize Fusion (for Quintet Magician option) and Red-Eyes Fusion.

That spell card with the picture of a dragon on it if I remember correctly you have to have one dark magician out on the field and then play that spell card and it acts as a polymerization and the other fusion material for any Dark Magician Fusion card

Unfortunately, there just isn't enough support for them to stand on their own. Any decks I've seen have used them as a sort of co-engine in tandem with dark magician cards. They're mostly for casual play. I'm not really qualified to give you a build or anything, but from what I understand they can only be so good as of right now. Chocolate, Kiwi, and Berry are the best of the bunch, though.

Yeah, I hear you and thank you for that. I wanna find the way to make it good and I dont want to give up. Maybe mixing it up with the new cards coming out you think there is a chance to make them good or is it to difficult to fight still against other decks on that tier 1 kind of lv.?

@@ignaciochavez4415 Honestly, as much as it pains me to say it, Dark Magician in general just isn't up to par with tier 1 decks. I'm not sure where it stands with the new cards, but I'm sure any competent competitive player would tell you to drop magician girls altogether and at most have 1 Dark Magician Girl because magician girls just aren't good. With the exception of using Chocolate as draw power. But hey, that's what decks made for fun are for. I have a magician girl deck sitting aside. It's made with scrap cards I had lying around and I'm not really focusing on it so yours is probably better than mine. It's meant mostly for friends. Of course, the answer to your question depends on whether you're looking to play with friends or play competitively. There's also a big difference between local competitive play and the more competitive tournament scene. So you're basically looking at 3-ish levels of play here.

Are you talking about the old normal Ritual monster - Magician of Black Chaos, the lv8 effect monster - Dark Magician of Chaos, the lv7 Ritual monster - Magician of Chaos or the lv8 effect Ritual monster - Magician of Black Chaos MAXX?

Link Spider is just a way to get the original Dark Magician off the field since it requires a Normal monster as link material. It allows you to use Eternal Soul to trigger Dark Magical Circle. This is mainly just if you have no way to get Dark Magician off the field. I personally prefer Imduk the World Chalice Dragon. It has the same link material requirement, but as a dragon, it allows fusion opportunity to summon Amulet Dragon, Dark Magician the Dragon Knight, Dark Magician Girl the Dragon Knight or Dragun of Red-Eyes.

I hear you I just hope your great deck isn't spell card dependent at all or else if they run a terraform in the field spell he showed you in the side deck you lose spell card privileges as in you're not allowed to use them at all

Well then I hope you're great deck is not spell card dependent at all or else that one field spell card that he showed you will completely take away your spell card privileges as in you can't use them at all and in my opinion it's kind of hard to take out a field spell without using spells in traps are kind of out of the option because all he has to do is use one of dark magicians dark magic destroy all your face down trap cards so then you're only really going to be able to destroy that field still with card effects
