Ethribin one of your win con cards are in the extra deck, and even if you can’t get the whole lock, you can’t still keep some things out of their reach. If you only get king and restrict, you still prevent lava golem and them from summoning.

Also because no sane person would run a 25 card deck

Add 3 Paleozoic Canadia, 3 Floodgate Traphole and 2 Enemy Controller while you‘re at it. I‘m not kidding. I played against the vagabond who had such a deck, and I won. It took a VERY long time though. Fucking stall decks...

Even if you had 3 sphere kuriboh's(which would be insane since you start with 4 cards and 3 of them are the same in a 20 card deck),you still are allowed to lock EVERYTHING for 3 turns(well,the spell and trap card zones,the monster card zones are still gonna be locked because of ojama king).So...yeah...

Ah, a CFV fan? Yugio is pretty ridiculous too but that being said, this isn't nearly as possible in the main game. With double the cards the combo is way less consistent, ojama king only locks 3 spots ( if monsters are down he's even less useful as he can't block occupied spaces) and there's a LOT of floodgates/negates to stop something this gimmicky. Ash Blossom and joyus spring just instantly cripples this stategy for example. Shoot even rogue strategies like Twilightsworn could probably power through this lock. Most modern decks use the gy as a resource too so they can often clear things out that way. A single discarded galaxy cyclone for example lets you start dismantling this even in duel links. Also, the cards that don't let your opponent play at all tend to be banned pretty quick. Or are so hard to get out they'll never see play anyway. The big problem card last I checked in YuGiOh was dragoon of red eyes but the ocg has banned it and the tcg is sure to follow.

that's why he has 3 monsters attacking that kill no matter which one of them is stopped so if one of them is stopped the other two can pick up the kill. But then again how many players are lucky to get two kuribohs or sphere kuribohs in the hand at the start of the duel

He could've attacked 3 times while seismic shockwave was on the field, so the opponent would've died even if he managed to draw 3 sphere in the starting hand

@@derpyquagsire6678 He only has 1 monster that can attack when the trap is active. The others have 0 ATK. Still, only these decks that use a bunch of Kuribohs (besides spheres) would be good for stalling which I think it's either burn or deck out. Any other deck would not be able to get past this lockdown long enough as he still has a strong board. Oh and you also need to be lucky that your opponent has a really bad starting hand like Yubels (just yubels in starting hand) so he doesn't play anything in 1st turn like the opponent in the video so you can pull this off flawlessly.

Not all decks do this lmao. You have a chance if you play something semi relevant. And if you run into This, just surrender and move on.

This shouldn't be an example for why you quit. Look at the actual meta then you can complain.
