this seems like a cool deck to play with perhaps in master duel. they had an event where both sides get fusion gate on the field

Very nice deck Paepp,so sad that HEROs aren't that good anymore, barely rogue even. We really need support to update to them but who knows when 🤷‍♂️in the meantime we can only cook with synchro stuff, btw i didn't ask on stream but do you have priorities what you want from the main box or waiting for the official release date or even the moment it releases?

Hey Paepp! I actually dueled you earlier on ranked ladder and I was honestly surprised I ran into you on ladder. I'm a huge fan of your content because you always build these weird, gimmicky decks that somehow work and add your own twist to them. If you need a refresher on who I was, I was the Ghost Gal player playing Altergeists (CrimsonReap5). Everyone in the community probably knows me as the Altergeist one trick so if you see me on ranked ladder, there's like a 99% chance I'm on Altergeists, with the other 1% chance being Sky Strikers. I'm also an Eldlich player as well, but Eldlich isn't in Duel Links yet. I'm waiting for Eldlich to release though. Also when we dueled, at the beginning, I kind of went easy on you because you ended on Millennium-Eyes Restrict pass with a Millennium-Eyes Illusionist in your hand. I could have ended the duel much faster though because my opening hand was cracked. I hard opened Altergeist Meluseek and two copies of Compulsory Evacuation Device, which meant that I had a lot going for me to threaten whatever front-row monster you tried to make while also saving my Silquitous bounce for your backrow. I also already had Altergeist Kunquery in my hand to negate any attack you tried to do so in the end, breaking my endboard was pretty much impossible. I went easy on you and I had a thought of letting you win but I'm trying to climb to King of Games in as few wins as possible this season to see if I can best my King of Games record from last season, which was 58 wins with Altergeists. I will admit, you were on a deck I've never seen before so I had to really think about how I wanted to beat you and due to your old build (with Battlin' Boxer Veil), you actually denied me a clear path to lethal so I had to basically Kunquery stall you until I got enough cards in my hand to go for my standard Hexstia + Marionetter lethal combo. However, knowing that you were in a losing position, I think you ended up surrendering when you summoned Sunrise and Elemental Hero The Shining. I responded by Silquitous bouncing your Sunrise off the field and attack blocked the Shining with Kunquery and you conceded from there, which is fair since I had too much going for me. Great duel though! You really made me think since off-meta decks are typically very difficult to deal with since you don't know what to expect. Judging from how your deck plays though, as you said in the video, I'm honestly not sure if this deck is King of Games worthy because in this day and age, ending on Brave Neos pass isn't nearly good enough. Also, Millennium-Eyes Restrict control is super powercrept these days no matter what deck you try to use it in. It didn't work in Relinquished and it didn't work in this HERO deck, but man, the spice you put in these decks really shows your creativity in deck building and I'm glad to have been watching your content for as long as I have. I also wanted to say I felt kind of bad defeating you since you and I are pretty good friends and I'm a long-time supporter of your stream but either way, the duel we had was really good and fun. Sunrise really threw me for a loop after I got rid of the Millennium-Eyes Restrict. I'm hoping to see more spice in the future and best of luck in your ranked ladder climb! =)
