About 40 percent of the series is filler, but somehow the filler arcs only adds to the development of the characters and doesn’t contradict the manga. It’s done pretty well.
The Abridged version of Yu-Gi-Oh abridged arguably made more sense than most or some of season 4 in my opinion. And I never knew Capsule Monsters was made by 4Kids, or even the movie until today.
17:27 after the Ceremonial Duel between Atem and Yugi Muto, Dark Side of Dimensions takes place where Seto Kaiba is planing to travel back in time to duel Atem
I remember when i was a kid i used to wake up on saturdays at 7am strictly tp watch yugioh on channel 33 i made alot of friends snd lesrn to duel and soon bexame really good at it i play mobile dueling games from time to time but honestly this was my childhood and i wouldnt change a second of it 🥺❤️
Saturday mornings with yugioh was such a staple back then! Honestly its sick this show actually impacted us in real life to get the cards and make friends with people via dueling! Really dope stuff 🔥
0:36 and 12:37 Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie shows the prologue of the millennium puzzle and the awakening of Anubis, The Post Battle City arc shows our heroes to face off Anubis before the Kaiba Corps Grand Championship
Great video dude Yugioh anime got me into the card game, yugioh season zero and duel monsters are my favorite, rip Takahashi he created a wonderful franchise.
He honestly changed all of our lives in this community! The card game is goated and I agree duel monsters is my fav series in the franchise as well! Thanks for watching bro 🔥
@@KingKasper your welcome bro glad duel monsters is your favorite as well. I have alot of great memories dueling with my friends in middle school, high school.
One of the best anime with filler. Unlike other anime for example Bleach, where filler comes in randomly, the filler for this series flows well with the canon material. For years I thought the filler was apart of the main series.
My favorite arcs are Battle City,Noah arc,Duelist Kingdom. I do like some duels of waking the dragons and dawn of the duel though they are not my favorites.
Battle city and duelist kingdom were most iconic parts IMO as well. I think battle city takes first place for me the introduction of duel disks was crazy back then 🔥
@@KingKasper yep I remembered buying that duel disk too.Battle City is when the actually rules of the card game was starting to take place in the anime and real life.
as a kid, yugioh was always around my childhood i have vivid memories of playing the gba yugioh game, but it wasn’t until i became an adult and watched all of DM in sub that made me all back in love with this anime
Hey, that's awesome! Yu-Gi-Oh was such an iconic series. I swear the card game made a lot of people's childhoods brighter. It's sick that you were able to watch it again and get back into anime!
