The Edison scene is rapidly growing. It's so diverse you can play so many different decks and do well. Give it time and who knows, it could pass up Goat format.
Edison is my favorite format of all time. I was there at the SJC with 2000+ people and the format felt so diverse. Felt like there were 20+ competitive decks you could play, not including all the variant and mashup decks like Petco for example. Then The Shining Darkness came out and you either played X Sabers or Frog OTK and yugioh was a 2-5 deck format ever since. There is a special place in my heart for Edison and I wish more people played it.
Hi, I love all these deck profiles and explanations on why cards were used in the deck. One aspect of the game that I hardly see anyone talk about is how to side deck in these older formats. In the video you gave a break down on why some cards were put in the side deck but another thing I would like to see is what cards could be taken out of the main deck against certain match ups. I only bring that up because edison is getting more and more popular and with a deck like dandy warrior taking the right cards out is very crucial I see people make the mistake of siding out their engine or siding in too many cards that they brick even though they drew their side.
One of the best all time formats. Crazy how powerful Cards are in 2010, but it really feels like there are no single overpowered cards besides maybe oppression. Would love to see more decks from this format!
I wasn’t even aware that Jeff ran 3 Stardust. The Edison site only shows him running 2. 3 definitely seems like too much. But also why is Chimeratech in the extra without CyDra being in the side? Seems odd.
Lmfaooo my favorite deck, you’d recycle dandy and effect vieler, Cold play, QuickDraw, dandy, and debris would be gg. I played against antimeta, and this was my favorite hand, junk destroyer won games.
