I was so proud of myself when I discovered the link of your normal summoned bird combo by myself. I love this deck even if I play it with a very different deck list. I tend tonplay it going second and play it as otk birb
Been waiting for this! This is my pet deck as well and you inspired me to rebuild it for the format. I’ve been super bored with Yugioh lately but this deck always gets me excited to play again!
You can also include psychic blade for 2k more atk on bow of the goddess, harpys feather storm which is just busted on its own or play around with where arf thou, jack in the hand and Jester confit for consistency
Aurora, ive build a tri lyri with adventure token. You can make that glass canon combo with a omni negate. The discard of journey come in hand sometimes, and worst case cenario enchantress/aramite means a winged beast in hand (also means in a better one a winged beast on field for saphire) Its really good, i have 6 spots for techs, im testing with lava golem and dark ruller. Like, all you need is a better going second for this deck with these techs (also is better for the format now) and dracoback is a bounce still
F you have 3 recital you can use beryl to make it at the end of fraktall + Tri (defense position) giving your bow of the goddess 3700 atk and the you can pull for beryll for your next turn as back up
This is my soul deck! I already knew all the combos but thanks for keeping this alive!! Did you see that saber invoker is no longer forbidden in OCG? Do you think it will come in TCG as well? It may be a good support for this deck
Im confused on combo 3, with using nervall and sparrow for xyz. How can you do that with tri monsters saying "you can only use beasts, bw, wb monsters as link materials". could you explain this text, cause I might be misunderstanding.
Can't look at the video right now, but for the targeting protection you have to use it on field as material instead of Sapphire from GY, if that's what you're asking!
@AuroraYGO Hey, love the deck, picked up thanks to you and it's probably one of the most interesting in terms of lines of play. But I was wondering, what's your though on roar ? Given it's flexibility it should be a very good card but it feels kind of akward to play, depsite being a pretty good go second and go first card Thank you for the video btw
Honestly dislike Roar. It only really works in a pure Tri-Brigade deck, but the real agony is having to already control a Link to use it. Plus you're only getting real value by playing multiple, and drawing them instead of extenders (which pure Tri lacks) sucks. There's not much of a point to play it over Chalice or something in any build since it's less restrictive and the only way to search Roar is with Bearbrumm, and by then you could've done so much more or you're already winning.
@@AuroraYGOit doesn’t matter if you use it. After bearbrum goes to gy, you can only special summon tribrigade monsters. The effect is not linked to the search
Tri-Spright is really consistent and can play through handtraps, while the lyrilusc version probably has the better endboard on the paper but it's kinda weak to a well-played interruption. I played both tri-bri lyrilusc and tri-spright (my current deck rn) and I can tell you that in a meta environment tri-spright is probably better because the spright engine is incredible on its own and can put up negates with a facility over this world, playing through even 3 handtraps and garanteeing you follow-up (I mean, a single starter is like 6/7 interruption on its own), but I love the lyri version too (also with a little tech called "fabled cerburrel" you can go for a board with 3 mats apo, f0, double dragons, 2 mats robin and a herald that protects you against dknm/droplet/evenly or the same board without the robin but the revolt if you want to play it, all with the turquoise + cobalt combo). Hope that they'll unban the big borb so it will shine :)
Hey! Just wanna say that Bird Up is actually fantastic at playing through disruptions (going second feels REALLY good) though it does depend on the hand like any deck. Also Cerburrel is a great card, it's in the Side if I didn't mention it in the video :) Combos are in my breakdown!
@@AuroraYGO yeah I agree, but it depends a lot on the hand in my opinion. I think that in a format where Arise pass is still a thing tri-bri lyri has some difficulties that the spright engine completely solves even from the pov of consistency, but it's still a good deck that is just missing a piece (the big bird) and a meta which isn't focused on a macro cosmo on leg (which I reeeeally hope it to become) to be really good. But the fact that the lyrilusc engine has a possible 6 mats zeus (most of the times around nib) is incredible going 2nd, I fully agree on that :)
