I think you could use the Ido lock. Ido locks the opponent from summoning and Number iC would force Ido to attack it and lose the duel, and if they don't they will lose anyway.

Yeah but if you do not have a Numeron network in the graveyard or banished it won’t work

Activate Numeronia quick effect during opponent turn and get out NumerNumer (near the end of their turn) Then if they didn't attack it Or get rid of it Gg

It won’t work, your opponent have to destroy your C1000 with either card or monster effect

You don't really need to summon Numeronious nor Numeronious Numerounia to win. Numeron Network +Numeron calling to summon the 4 numbers can already make you win most of your games. I'd say this deck has like 70% win rate, but I have never tried it so my theory might not stand correct.
