is CTEK MXS 5 is good enough for YTX-BS9?

I just bought a new battery AGM and after I filled it up acid. And after I filled up I see the level was just under the plates in two cells so I take batterywater and filled it up just over the the plates. I did right or wrong? I just damaged the battery? I heard if level is under the battery can damage. Regards Micke

I have an oxford oximiser 900 the whole point of me getting it is to trickle charge it but how can i do that if i have to remove caps from Battery. i thought it was straight forward to just plug n mains charger to the ext connections that would be hidden away which saves taking the seat off. not your fault as I know i am doing something wrong maybe the oximiser is not compatible , THANKYOU

On the instruction that came with the sealed battery it says to install the caps tight, after filling with the electrolyte. Here on this video you advice to leave them loose for the first charging. What is the right way then ?

can i charge 2 "12v 7200mAh" batteries in series "24v" with a "24v 300mA", how long time would it take? im not sure on how to calculate it

1. Buy some Yuasa NP mainenance-free batteries. 2. Note the polarity and cabling of your old batteries. 3. Place them carefully into your UPS, if needed using the existing cables. 4. You're done. The UPS will take care of the charging.

That sucks, I needed a battery for the car and auto zone put one in.... I guess it should've been checked to see if it was fully charged prior to install. Oh well....

Excellent video, many thanks. One thing baffled me. The sealed acid battery was replenished with the electrolyte, & capped, then immidiately tested, & to my surprise without being charged, it had the full charge! :)
