I remember I stole this mojo out of his book back in the day. I paired it with a steak. Great book.

Wow. When did he say the shape looked "odd"? He's obviously talking about that weird off-brownish color. Personally, I've never seen anything like that in my life.

I grew up in FL. It’s “southern” lol but it’s not like south east Alabama or Deep South Georgia by ANY means haha 😆
