I think you can do it in TCG format and unfortunately the frog is banned in OCG. To make it happen you have to bring double bahamut shark, it has a soft OPT effect so you can summon the frog.

Do u know why froggy was banned?

Sprights could make it extremely easily with Frogs, and I'm guessing the higher-ups decided to tackle the "issue" in a different way for the TCG
