I forgot to record this part but it’s also possible Yuji has consumed his death painting brothers which could be the reason for some upgrade or this mutation.
I feel like Kenjaku specifically picked Yuji’s mom to host and create him, perhaps it has something to do with her bloodline. He did say that that his creations have the same limitations as him. So he spliced Sukuna’s DNA instead. Or something along those lines
I think that sukuna won't be able to deal too much dmg to yuji because remember when gojo nuked himself and took little dmg because it was an attack from himself. I think that since yuji was soaked in sukuna's cursed energy he'll be able to tank sukuna cleaves because not only does yuji has insane durability but the attack would count as sukuna hitting himself. People keep saying this but Sukuna is now using slashes that can cut through anything. It can cut through space itself now. And this chapter showed he can now do it any time. As he used it on Kashimo right after using it on Gojo. People are also forgetting Ishigori lost to Yuta from his own attack. Only reason Gojo and Sukuna survived the remote hollow purple because it wasn’t directly hit on them. Obviously less damage on Gojo because of his own CE. But also Sukuna survived it as well (Sukuna stated before if he got hit with a HEAD on purple it would have been fatal). Also another point. It was shown Yuji could tank 10% power of cleaves from Sukuna at 15 fingers, with one slicing the top of his ear after Sukuna left his body. Since then he hasn’t gotten any more power from Sukuna. There’s no way he can tank normal cleaves from a full powered Sukuna, 20 fingers with his original body using hand signs and chants (assuming Sukuna not using his space cutting dismantles). 🤣🤣🤣
You know, out of context, but I was really surprised that before his death, Gojo couldn't see or avoid the slashes. Maybe Yuji because he's been housing Sukuna for a long time will be able to avoid them, even tho he couldn't before. I also suspect he can use reverse cursed energy
