They added lelouch, then a sniper spec, then shikan, then a litteral fucking ulq spec that could be released to the game right now and they have reaper from overwatch. I wonder why updates are a bit longer... but in the end these are made to enjoy themselves, they are not machines they still have a life so they make these for themselves to keep themselves entertained or have fun with their colleagues

The ulquiorra spec is buggy as hell and the other specs are just overpowered as hell for them to mess around with

I don't think that's the case. I use most stands and all of them have the J button. The J button is probably used for something else or just a display for a certain spec. Most of what we seen in this video is likely dev-only.
