@@Ichigo-dh9rd when you get kids, remember what I said, its scientifically proven. They can get at least a nice boost in height from it. But if the whole family is like 150cm, dont expect the kid to become 190cm or something lol, like I said genetics still play a huge part. But I certainly believe you can add an extra 10cm with a good diet of food and plenty of sleep in teenage years when they are growing.

@@amanekaoru4614 Yeah, probably due to the combination of Yujin being so much taller, Yujin's confidence and manner of speaking making her sound more mature, and maybe subtle differences in their makeup style making Yujin's facial features look a bit more mature. It would be interesting to see them bare-faced next to one another and see if they sill look so much alike and whether Yujin looks older or younger than Minju.

@@thiswillnotdo6027 I'm from one of the countries with the shortest people in the world. However we are also one of the fastest growing countries in terms of both economy and average height. We're considered to have climbed impressively in height ranks in the last 15 years. And it is forcasted that at this rate, we'll catch up with Korea in about 10 years (in terms of height). Higher living standards mean better nutrion and physical education. If we had believed the studies that said it was because of our genes and hot climate, we would have stayed where we were in the ranking. So the truth is you just won't know where your limit is until you've stopped growing for a while after age 21. And as long as you're still growing, you should drink extra milk and do sports that promote height growth such as swimming. If you believe in things such as its your gene or that a certain amount of calcium everyday is enough, you might hinder your growth potential.

Oh yes! I'm 13 and I'm 5'3. My younger brother is (I believe) 4'-9-4'10 at the age of 8. My older sister is 5'6 at the age of 17. I don't know if our height is above average here in the Philippines. @@gaycatcher that's starting to change tho. Having tall groups is becoming the trend nowadays (gfriend, weekly, etc.), while the visuals are often the tallest in the group (tzuyu, yuna, etc.)

@@thiswillnotdo6027 well, them being tall is just the beginning; many of them look older than their true age. In izone, yujin is often mistaken for being the oldest one, despite being one of the youngest by a long shot. Now the same thing applies to ive's maknae: she passes as a mid-20s woman.

Modern and proper nutrients.... in my mom's side my grand parents are small...our parent are okay but almost all of us cousins are taller than average, must be with the lifestyle there and food they are feeding us because 2 of my cousin who didn't grew up in the same province are short... and me and my sister although tall too are not giants like half of tgem, we moved to the city at the latter stage of our open growth plates

Apparently 80% is gene and 20% is environment + nutritions......T_T so yeah yeah gene is the primary factor that makes u tall

@@user-sg9bg7tc6u your diet and how often do you exercise as well as what sport u choose to exercise before your growth plate closes (as long as your growth plate is open you will still grow). You can research more about this online as im not knowledgeable enough to explain in depth but basically nutrition + active lifestyle = environment. Also sleep early and have sufficient sleep everyday will make u taller. I guess thats why u r tall

I just walk for miles i don't do any sorts of exercise I'm in my 10th grade so i need to study a lot hence i get 5 hours of sleep everyday I hate sports never consider myself getting into one before. My parents are both tall 5'10 And I'm 5'6.5 at age 14. For a year now I haven't grown an inch so im guessing my growth spurts have closed I was the shortest in class but after I hit puberty when I was 13 i grew so tall suddenly that am the tallest in class
