In Okinawa Zoo & Museum in Okinawa prefecture, Japan. Yumeka, a 10 year old asian elephant, is famous for a special talent of hers. Yumeka began painting when she was 1 year old, and started painting cherry blossoms in front of visitors when she was 2. Since then, her eyes have twinkled and she looks thrilled when the crowd applauds for her. The elephant trainer worked with her to teach her signals to begin her paintings, and since then she has gotten better and better.
Right now she is preparing to give birth and has come to Okinawa temporarily from Chiba, but her paintings are gathering crowds there too. (Filmed in 2018.)
