Hi Fellow Unicorns!
We are back with your request, Filipino Food! Both of us have very little experience with Filipino cuisine, but it did not take a culinary expert to know the food was absolutely delicious! It was definitely comfort food at its best.

Glad that you liked it. However, that is not exactly Filipino food. But I do admire the chef's talent in putting a twist on the food to suit American tastebuds and use the best substitutes among available ingredients. Although Machang is not really Filipino (it's Chinese), it is quite popular among Filipinos (it's the rice that binds our cultures). :)

Haha, we did not notice that. But I think the flag is normal when you are inside the restaurant looking at the flag. Maybe they need to use 2! Thank you for watching us!
