Wouldn't it be wise to compile all your recipes into a book as Sri Lankan Village Cookery Recipies. Hope someone can help you to get it published. I sincerely feel it is worth while as you have so much to share. People can just pick up the book for the recipes instead of looking up the videos. It is just my sincere suggestion. All the best.
