Balance is a archetypal thing that doesn’t really exist. We put so much mental pressure trying to get things right but it comes down to knowing yourself and what’s important there’s nothing to feel guilty about if you love working your living the life you want. Just gotta keep doing what you’re doing while watching yourself to make sure happy and to reevaluate if needed

Loved this!! I think the best way to ensure balance is priorities. Then your focus goes to your priorities. E.g when I plan my week out. Health is 1. Both physical and mental, so I have the energy for what I love and the people I love. Then 2. Family and friends. Make sure you have proper dedicated time to talk to them and check in. 3. Is your work and passion, as you can then go in fully knowing you are looking after yourself and your top people are cool. Then it's just about learning to work smarter so you get more time, as rich people value time over anything 🤟🤙

I found out that I have to find Balance for my Body, Mind and soul. So for my Body I try to be active and do sports different types of sports if it's swimming, running, playing basketball, baseball, or games with friends. For my mind I'm studying learning new things, reading different types of books, trying to learn a new language ( even when I'm thinking I don'T have the time, I make the time because I'm doing something good for my being) and then there is the soul. For the soul I mostly try to listen to music that benefits my energy, no negativity or such things. I dance to the music or I go outside without my cell and try to take in what I see feel and hear. And in the mornings I take time for bible study with worship music in the background. So this is how I slowly find my balance in life and of course I can switch it up. But I think the most importnt thing ist to take time for you even when you think you don't have the time.

Also, solid point made by Filly on 'working hard to work less'. His point on footballers being on contracts and 'having' to work and 'having' to go training is often completely ignored and forgotten. Better to have the freedom and comfort of living by doing what you want, when you want (a privileged position nonetheless), as opposed to being a 'wage slave'.
