I totally agree. The older generation such as parents say we can tell them anything but in reality, if we do they're so judgemental about it or pass it off as "teenage hormones", such as my mum did when I said I think I have depression three years ago. She still passes it off and the fact that this happens to so many people is stupidly scary, and it's issues and situations like this that lead to other problems like suicide and anxiety. This dude is so amazing and I can relate to his songs so much. He's a proper voice for our generations.

After this interview I love Dom even more. He’s just such a sweet and wonderful human being. When I listen to his music I don’t feel alone. He makes me feel welcome and tell that’s it’s okay to be different. And that’s so important for me. Like even though I don’t know him he’s such a important person in my life. he's barely two years older than i am but yet he's such a role model. i love how he's so open minded and open about his opinion and i really think that people can learn something from him if they'd just listen to him. i really relate to most of the things he said and that's the point. he speaks out the truth and what most people our age feel like and what we think and for us that's very important. i honestly can't believe that the comments are so negative.

someone our age showing that we’re not all bad, we have our own opinions and rights to speak out; we’re intelligent and we’re only going to grow with the times; we’ve been branded by bad stigmas and stereotypes by older people- not all of them obviously but by the majority. a lot of them don’t accept our views or our own artistic concept of life.. they need to accept times are changing, things are moving forward and we need to accept people for who they want to be and what they want to do with their life. big love always x

As an American..I have never heard of this guy before..but I'm glad I did. He gives me hope that the newer generation will make a better world full of love, compassion and empathy. I love the way he speaks. He knows what he’s talking about and he’s well rounded about it. Yes he’s accurate in saying he’s open minded. I admire his approach and honesty to the world not just In his music but in these interviews. Dom makes the world a bit more comfortable to talk about things that are “controversial”. The thing is like I'm mentally pretty healthy but I have a lot of friends who had and still suffer of depression and also had suicidal thoughts so I just love Yungblud for giving me kind of an insight in what can go on in their minds.. Of course I wont at all get to know what it really feels like but yeah.. I'm a proud member of the black hearts club anyway:)

I don`t get how people can`t agree to these things he`s talking about. He`s absolutely right and I really don`t get how someone can`t agree with him. Especially the younger people who disagree.
