As a Yorkshire lad, I don't know why people hate this guy so much. He seems really sweet and someone I'd definitely grab a beer with at my local. Top lad, he's just a genuine guy ✌️
He's a poser. Nothing original about him or his music. He's just a combination of Green Day and the Sex Pistols in one. Nothing new. He also pretends to be working class, when he went to one of the most expensive private schools in England and is from an extremely wealthy upper middle class family. Hardly the same background as Ozzy who grew up dirt poor and worked in factories.
@@kimbogal I think you mean he was "inspired" by those bands. Don't act like any modern day artist wasn't influenced by someone else growing up. It's called a lasting impression and also how is that justification to hate him? You do realise most modern music has been sampled at some point or another? I mean, my GOD. Eminem literally just released a new song heavily sampling Abracadabra by the Steve Miller band...
Love that they are talking about artists taking advantage of their fans by asking for astronomical prices for tickets to see them. It has gotten insane, I never go to concerts anymore because it's a luxury I can no longer afford. Thank God for people like Yungblud who care about the fans and are not greedy.
Jelly Roll tries to keep his tickets prices low too. These are genuine artists who want us to come out & enjoy their shows and not break the bank. You go Dom! Much love from West Virginia 🥰🎶🎵🎸🖤🦇🖤🦇
Most of those high priced tickets are not going to the artists. I just heard oasis tickets are going for $500 in Ireland and oasis is only getting $15. And the rest is going to Ticketmaster.
I don't understand how people don't like Dom. He's not an 'industry plant'. He's the most genuine artist out there right now. The fact the Osbournes endorse and love him should say it all. They know better than anyone, having been in the music industry for such an extremely long time.
I really respect Sharon’s perspective that it’s more about the lifestyle now and “music is secondary now”. She knows better than anyone… I love that even as one of the greatest music managers of all time…. she spoke her mind on that.
The Osbornes love when people from back home are around them. They code switch back to full British accent. It's wonderful. I'm Irish and we do this as a pastime 😂
Hi, Daniel from Brazil here. Just wanna say to Ozzy that he really changed my life. I went through a difficult time during the pandemic and his songs helped me a lot, I even started writing some. I would like to say that your fans are still here for you and no matter when or where you do your next gig, I will be there!
I’m a 53yr old Music lover, & I can SO connect with Yungblud’s music because he’s real, & he’s got serious talent. He cares about the music and the fans. That’s the key to success after talent.
Hi. Still watching. Really inspirational words. I'm 54 and when Youngblud said 'censor yourself' I realised that's what I do and I don't want to do that anymore. Thank you. Xxx
Watching this exactly a week after Bludfest. I miss it. It was everything Dom hoped it would be. Made new friends, felt completely safe and comfortable, beautiful vibe. Just one of the best days of my 55 years of life so far! Look after this boy. We NEED Dominic Harrison! 🖤
Major respect for all of you realizing, understanding and acknowledging the importance of EVERYONE deserving to be exposed to music, at an affordable level. You've expressed these views for years; it's still such an important conversation to have and hear. Inspiration is priceless
I created a group for people going to a motionless in white show in Orlando alone so we could go as a group. There are 15 of us who all met up, not knowing each other, had an amazing time and are still friends going to other shows together to this day! I absolutely LOVE the tent idea. 💜
I absolutely adore that Sharon sits criss cross applesauce. Its the most comfy way to sit, and it doesnt matter how old I get I always sit that way lol 💛💛
I just love how they had him on here so epic❤❤ He's such an amazing person just like you guys so it's truly an honor to be able to watch all of you with him❤
Seems like Jack and Ozzy have been thrown out so Sharon and Kelly can be alone with this cutie❤ 😆😆😆Saw a short clip of him invite a fan up on the stage let him play his guitar was so impressed of the fans skills and gave him his gitar 🎸🎶🙌 Yungblud have my respect 🙏 ❤️
@@tonemarieantonsen1597 I know right?! When I was a teenager in the 90s it was always my dream for Daniel Johns from Silverchair to pull me up on stage to play a song. Most other bands don't ever do this, but Yungblud actually does it! He's literally making these kids dreams come true. 🥰
This podcast is Gold.. I love Dom and his music and I'm 57 years old.. I love the friendship between Dom and Kelly.. can't wait to see some more guests in the future
If the Osbournes make a movie on Ozzys life please get Yungblud to play Ozzy ! He really surprised me in the interview . His love for his fans and music! What a lovely young man ! Loved this !
Wud be cool but how much cud Kelly take after so many years of sobriety. She's married, he's a little too young and I think she's passed her MAD days 😅. They definitely look like a great couple tho 😊❤
He's such a beautiful human, I love him so much. He really wants to help people and make music accessible to everyone. That means something. I'd love to see him and meet him some day
That's nothing... I thought my dad was Billy Ray Cyrus for years because my real dads name is Ray. No one actually told me that.. I just saw him on TV and assumed. I'm 37 now it it still makes me laugh. 🤣
@@beverleypicard2116 Absolutely. I really did think he was my dad and I used to shout 'DADDY'S ON THE TV' at the top of my lungs. Funnily enough my dad was never around ... when he was on the TV... 😏
I'm obsessed with the osbornes and yungblud .. this is like my two best world colliding in the best way possible thank you for this. Also notice no ozzy 2 weeks hope he is OK and well . Been thinking of him . Keeping him in my thoughts wishing him all the best
Thank you so much for sharing! Dom's passion to make genuine connections with people through music, and to make live music experiences accessible to everyone is admirable and extraordinary 💚🤘
I'll be seeing MM alone for the 3rd time in Sept! I like being alone at a show because I don't have to worry about anyone else not enjoying it, wanting to leave early, etc, etc!
Yungbluds music isn't really my thing, but his talent is amazing. when he does a cover i love it. he is also a truly amazing person. i follow him just for that. good show brother
I'll watch this tonight but Special Guests are CRAZY wow. I didn't expect yungblud. Hopefully we could get more of these special guest episodes? Perhaps Post Malone?
Me and my 13yr old went to bludfest and it was amazing ❤the make a friends place was so happy, the whole place felt like one amazing crazy be yourself with no fucks given and you can show yourself without being judge! There were some amazing outfits and we met some amazing people ❤❤❤
Ive loved the osbornes since i was a kid, when YungBlud started getting more known ive said he is gonna be my generations ozzy in a way. I absolutely love that you guys had him as a guest.
What a cute dude Yungblud is! Omg Kelly if you were single I’d suggest for you to hop on that… you guys are so adords together and have great chemistry girl🥰
RIP Rocky!!!😢❤❤❤ So sorry Ozzy & Family...We just lost our 13 year old Persian Sootie the same day as Rocky. My 20 year old daughter and I are devasted. Losing our fur babies is soooo hard. We tried to save him he was in hospital 4 days. Came home and had urinary block again. We have gofundme set up because of hospital stay. We had to move because landlord sold duplex after 15 years so we ran out of money because of move.
What a lovely down to earth guy, can't imagine anyone not liking him, he is refreshing and I want to wish him a fabulous awesome future. Just love this video.
As an author and songwriter I’ve always felt like a misfit who’s not overly understood by people so I love Yungblud for this. Not enough genuine people around and I hope the rock festival community stays alive over pretentious festivals where the music is secondary - I think it will stay - everything does a 360 in the end 🤘🏽
Dom is such a beautiful soul 💫 I've never really listened to his music but he always comes across so real & genuine in interviews! Just a real, down to earth soul who a tually cares about the well being of others, especially his Fans 🖤
I love yungblud he is so underrated he has the voice of an angel and makes beautiful music he has a brilliant band aswell, one of the few people that I would like to meet and thank for the music 🙏🏼✨️🌹
Bludfest was literally only 10 mins away from me. Unfortunately I couldn’t make it however it is something I’m hoping to make in the future. I like Yungblud. I love what he stands for. I get what he stands for and even though he’s in the industry and has some inside knowledge, I’m surprised at how much he actually knows about it all AND how much he’s willing to dig his heels in, say “fuck what’s happening with live music, I’m doing this and gonna make it primarily about the music and bring my community to to the forefront of all of this bullshit and show the world there’s so much more to it” and he’s absolutely right and I can only imagine the hours of conversations he’s had with his team regarding this. Good on you Dom! I wish you all the success in everything you do!!!
My generation paid 10 dollars for floor tickets.. The days of that excitement is so gone. The more the artist takes control the better for them and their reach to fans. Bottom line less is more and when your young, concerts and arts in general should be reachable. Great interview! ❤
what an amazing and interesting guy. Im definately hiting that rabbit hole as i havent seem him b4 honestly. Both Kelly and Sharron were so in awe of him, giggling like little girls, love it x
I first saw this guy and became aware of who he was last week on Sunday Brunch (C4 in UK). I never realised he'd already had such a huge career, i just assumed he was a newcomer as he looks so young. In both of his interviews i really warm to him and respect his individuality plus HONESTY. Really nice episode, enjoyed it!!❤😂 ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
People should not feel bad about going to gigs on their own. I'm fast approaching 50, been to hundreds, possibly thousands of gigs at this point and 90% I go to by myself. I like all genres of music, so if I relied on my friends whenever I wanted to see someone I would rarely go out because majority of people are only into one or two genres of music, or the same music they listend to as kids. Also has the advantage that I can squeeze right into the pit no problem as I'm a large guy, if I was in a group it'd be much harder if not impossible to just rock up when it's already busy and push my way in.
Enjoyed watching them so much. Love Yungblud. Finally saw him live recently and it was the most exciting, energetic, and high energy concert I have ever been too!
I've been waiting for yungblud to be on this podcast and I'm scrolling and i see this i clicked right away I'm such a huge yb fan ozzy fan and kelly fan i was on cloud nine watching this. I've been having a lot of health issues ontop of my depression and anxiety adhd ptsd ect and yb music has really helped me feel better i always feel so alone and like I don't fit in and with yungbluds fan base i feel welcome and not judged and i just love it so much. And when i found out I'm not the only person in their 40s who loves yb so that made me feel so much better. I've read comments from people in their 50s and 60s that are fans of dom and it's just so awesome and he brings people together through his music and i just think it's great. I would love if my health gets better to go to one of his shows. Anyways ty for having him on the podcast I'm loving this episode so much i love all the episodes but this one is probably my fav so far. Hope you all have a wonderful day/night wherever you are.
I love Dom!! I’ve seen him 5 or 6 times in concert. Everytime he has come out and met and talked with the fans! The show is so much fun too! I’m 44 years old and have gone to tons of shows over the years and I’ve have definitely gone to a bunch of shows alone. I love the idea of the friend tent. He is the nicest kindest person! I’ll always be a fan! ❤❤❤
I wasn't sold on this guy, but the "Make a Friend Tent" might have tipped me. That's such a great idea and you can tell it comes from a caring place. Fair play to him.
I’ve seen yungblud 3 times and every time I’ve seen him I’ve cried my eyes out. The concerts are insane in the best way possible and his lyrics hit so close to home. Can’t wait to see him live again
Watching this from the UK and the crack between you all just feels like home. Down to earth, say what you think and don’t worry about it. Not pretentious at all. Love it. Dom fits right in just like a real Osbourne. 😃
