Jacksonville was leading in murder rate for a long time, there is really no hope for young men but prison but most likely death. My cousin was shot in the face at a gas station 3 days after graduation, another unsolved murder which they also lead in.
They have so many unsolved murders cause people would rather stay true to “some code” of not snitching and protecting the people who killed their family and friends
