YUNIFI GUIDE! True Zenoiran 

How do you itemise her as dodge tank? I've tried a few set ups but she seems to die too easily. Do you pair hoplite in the front line?

Lucky coin, frostbloom bow, scarf, counter earings are my preferred. you can swap the earings for say a parry belt (the one that gives ap and blocks a melee attack) if sword masters are sniping you on open, but like all other evade tanks, most tanks really, there are just counters that will wreck you so you can have another unit that helps protect you from that. Use items or just have a squad member cover for that weakness in some way. truestrike honestly isn't common enough which is why i feel like they are much better than an armored tank. I think I currently have a wingcrest archer in that squad specifically set to blind archers, so generally I just need to keep an eye out for swordmaster openers @@jamesban

Thanks guys I'll try that out. Since this build would spend pp on counter attacking, would tactics for ap give up on glacial rain and lean more towards anti armor?

yeah you have to disable glacial rain as you cannot dodge while channeling so you'll just use her other two skills on AP depending on the situation.@@jamesban

The booty got me questioning my choice of maiden.

Yeah, I think it's mostly good against shield wings. I used it in Albion and vs the angels in the final battle but I had other teams that worked more consistently against a variety of enemies

I usually want teams to have: Damage, shutdown, mitigation, healing. In this game you want a lot of damage to clear the enemy team, shutdown to prevent them from doing things, mitigation to reduce or mitigate their damage, and some healing to undo damage that gets through or hard counter their offense.

Hastened Charge isn't a supporter ability, it's a self ability. You would have to equip it directly to Yunifi. What it does is grants the user an extra turn at the beginning of combat where they will start charging an ability. They can then finish charging whenever their turn arrives during the first round of combat. For supporter abilities, you want the cat ear hood and lips ring. Cat Ear Hood triggers when someone else takes an action (adjust the priorities so it only triggers on a certain character's action), and immediately gives them another action allowing them to finish a charge. Lips Ring just gives someone other than the wearer maximum initiative, which lets you set up a charge attack as the first attack action of combat.

I’ve got checked in Bastoria also caused me to retune my party’s. Also had to create a few more partys to cover bases etc

Bastorias is a fairly complex map to deal with, but once you get to know its mechanics, you should be able to breeze with your squads most of the time

​​@@ElkaPME the thing is i have only one team that can one shot everything whille the rest of the unites are underleveled and im to lazy to grind for more books (there is another team at level 30 but again they don't deal as much)

It's consumable though, so yes, whenever you want, as long as you have enough items for it

@@winghong3 Yeah, I get that. It just seems odd that it wasn't there in the first place. Having a difficulty unlock just to make the game harder on a second playthrough is wierd. Even of by finishing True Zenoiran mode just unlocked all the mission so you could replay them whenever you wanted would be good.

Eh idk if I’d rate the elven sisters above classes like knights or breakers that have a gain ap back when you ko skill. And idk If I’d call Gilbert a top tier class either when knights can match his buff damage increase while doing significant work themselves where as buffing is all Gilbert can do. Some classes can both significantly increase stats of your own party or decrease the enemies and significantly contribute otherwise. Gilbert’s the best buffer but he only buffs. Early on when you first get him before having 5 slots comps with him often just run out of attacks before they can deal with the opponents in a lot of class setups vs even leveled foes and before you say knights in a comp that has knights already Gilbert is almost always worse then another knight because he provides the same damage value if not worse depending on pp and ap from them buffing knights in their column. The initiative buff is the main thing but you can just use a wyvern for similar effect and that can be a very good dodge tank where as Gilbert dies on the frontline. Wyverns are also a good source of truestrike with them being able to do so both in a column and row if given a row piercing spear so 2 wyverns 2-3 knights and a fighter if you opted for only 2 knights to deal with arrow users can be an effective comp. Gilbert’s certainly good but some classes have much better supporting partners and sometimes that is even themself like knights as already mentioned or werefoxes both being able to apply afflictions and gain bonus from enemies having afflictions.

I hardly uss Joseph anymore.. He's kinda outshined from mid game on imo.

@@brettlewis2900 eh he still has his uses. He’s an alternative to a radiant knight if you don’t have another sword with a magic attack. Notably the magic attack he eventually gains is also truestrike so he breaks through both things that stops knights in their tracks so if you didn’t wanna wyvern frontline with the flier truestrike accessory or even use a true strike item at all he could be sandwiched between two knights and perform reasonably. Perhaps virgina for her defensive bonus at round start and a shield shooter in the back line have the shield shooter go after fliers and full health targets that aren’t armors or scouts josef target scouts and armors ( or heal when needed ) and have all the frontline cavalry including josef with equipment that self heals when using an active action ( which btw includes standbys)

Yunifi is just straight up Power Creep over Snipers and I kinda hate it tbh. Make the Arrow Rain Bow useless unless you build around it the moment you have it. Then you dump it when Yunifi joins the time, who you can level to 30 instantly at that point with books and 2-3 Miracle Fruits.
