Brisket Jjamppong Recipe
1. Prepare vegetables by slicing them thickly.
2. Grease wok and stir-fry chopped garlic and green onions.
3. Stir-fry beef brisket and vegetables together.
4. Add soy sauce 1T, refined rice wine 2T, and red pepper powder 2T.
5. Pour stock or water into small bowl.
6. Add cabbage, bean sprouts, and other vegetables and boil them over high heat.
7. Add jjamppong sauce sold on the market.
8. Add squid, shrimp, and mussels.
9. Season with salt and pepper.
10. Boil the noodles and rinse them in cold water.
11. Put noodles and noodles in a bowl.
