@@ErnestUngureanuHe is ignorant, even the name of the music is Turkish, how does it have anything to do with Turks, Turkish culture was fashionable in Europe in the eighteenth century, and he was influenced by this movement and made up music from this trend, did he have to because the name is Turkish?
I love old conductors so much. No extra distracting nonsense or over-dramatic bullshit. Just the right amount of gentle leadership. At no point is it about him.
First of all, I am Istanbulien and Turkish…This is so sincere colorful cheerful mischievous flirty strong emotional impulsive enthusiastic unexpected rich confident proud and positive like a Turk. Maestro Simonov ! Nice to Meet you and shame on me not to meet you before! BAM BAM BAM BAM BAM BAM BAM BAM BAM BAM
I really love this orchestral version of Alla Turca! I listen to it everyday and recently I've memorized playing the upper part of the piece on the piano
I could take my eyes off this conductor! If I were playing in his orchestra I could so easily follow his beat and his intentions..... he is so wonderfully expressive. The Mozart was a joy to listen to.
