Okay, I'm only about 3 minutes in. I just want to say, I don't really like it when fanfiction makes two characters automatically like each other from the beginning because it's FANFICTION. I mean, this could be Natsuki liking the protagonist, but developing feelings for Yuri instead. And right in the first 2 minutes, it said that Natsuki thought Yuri was cute. There's a problem with this.

??? Established crushes can often create a more even pacing and can keep an interest in the story and prevent from their actual plot progressing. People are free to write whatever they want, like you said, it's fanfiction, if you want a story like you described then write it yourself.
