アニメ見てたらこの2人にホカホカのラーメン食べさせてあげたくなった。

yuu's obsession with food is both adorable and depressing. When you realize her fixation on food is due to a constant state of near starvation, you realize the dire situation these two are in and the fact that their eventual deaths are inevitable. The cuteness of this show is not only a mask which encases the underlying morbid nature of girl's last tour, but also serves to draw attention to its bleakness via contrast.

戦争のその後の終末に向かっていくが前向きに生きていく少女2人と途中で出会い別れていくそれぞれの目標を持つ大人達。人生を諦める人は誰一人としていない..... 今のこの気だるい世界を生きる自分たちに勇気をくれる.....自分たちがどれだけ恵まれているか分からせてくれる作品......同時に支えあえる人が一緒にいたらどんな苦難も乗り越えられるという事を教えてくれた作品だと思う..... 長文失礼
