What people don't realise is that most of the skaters he skated with in this competition have already retired. while he still remains on the top more than a decade later. that in itself is a huge accomplishment on top of all the other accolades he has achieved. it's just unprecedented.
Yuzuru Hanyu skated better at Junior level than most Senior skaters do. Yuzuru improved by miles since his Juniors. He is already skating at a high level here.
He was the same age as I am in this competition yet I feel like at his age he’s achieved so much more already than what I have! Yuzu’s come so far already
