It’s not broken hitscans, it’s called counter just... that a few heros in the game are counter to everything. Enemy has mei? Counter with cree. Enemy has Pharah? Counter with cree. Enemy has ball? Counter with cree. Enemy has genji? Counter with cree. (Funnily enough, Genji is supposed to be a Sniper counter lul). Enemy has tracer? Counter with cree. (Same with genji omegalul) Enemy has cree? Counter with your own cree. . . . I could go on but then i would need to write every goddamn unit. Ez Flashbang right click roll right click works from bronze to top 500 even in 360 :) But the thing i don’t understand the most is junkcrat ultimate. It’s a ult that can EASILY secure at the very least a 2k and a 3k is standard by simply being bubbled, jumping in enemy and pressing q but tracer or genji or any skill based hero being nanoed and using their own ult getting 2 or 3k is broken. Sure. Using 2 ultimates and much much higher effort is by majority of player base op or broken.
