Z-23 Still one of my top picks (World of Warships Legends) 

I wish the 150s were a little more like elbing. Having much more AP pen. Maybe not as much but still allowing you to cit cruisers at a decent range.

I love Z-23 but so many I love more Fletcher/Sumner/Khaba/Friesland/Gearing/Akizuki. But I still will bring her out and play her. She still brings me great Base XP and joy. But certain DD’s you really have to pick and choose your battles with. Great video. That Z-46 had bad ammo deletion and you had great teammates who actually shot at him 😂😂
