He was referring to the message of Islam about the purpose of life, guy has a religious beard and is a practicing Muslim. Humble man and great fighter mashahllah.
It’s seriously fascinating. I’m not religious in any capacity, but I briefly read into Islamic philosophy surrounding the meaning of life. I think there are amazing lessons we can take from such an outlook regarding our own self-actualization, Muslim or otherwise. Salām, my friend. :)
To me this video is sad. It shows just how fine the lines are between greatness and mediocrity. The way he is sitting there talking about how MMA is all he has ever known. He could have quite easily have been a goat contender. He literally tried every fighting style as a kid and cannot even remember when he started training. He could have had such a career. But instead he is in this RU-vid clip, talking about how quick those 25 years went by 😢 Man what i fighter we could have seen. And it just makes you wonder how many more stories are out there similar to this. . .
But at the same time, if he was a nobody- hell if he was you, your coworker or friend, and they reached great heights... That would be fine, that would be sufficient, you/they would be happy. He got some spotlight, and for the average person or nobody, that could likely be enough for the rest of your life.
@@hravandil9993that’s what I love about him so much. He really is a Goat, he knows it, but he also is mature to know that it’s not what ultimately matters in life. He’s at peace with himself. He’s at peace with the fact that he is one of the biggest what ifs in the ufc. He has a higher calling. Much respect.
We'll never know whether he was going to be the next big thing or he has reached a glass ceiling. No one know. His legacy are six UFC fights, and the best guy he fought was Calvin Kattar. To say that "He could have quite easily have been a goat contender" is absolutely preposterous. ¿quite easily ?¿Really?
Favorite Sport soccer while being such a world class (one of the best in the world)MMA fighter woth the most beautiful style that ever graced the octagon.. mashallah
@@gulia_turbo Gulnarah, how do you know what he doesn't want? If you know him personally, tell him he is a gifted person. This gift should be share with with all world. Do you think God gave him such a gift for nothing?
Hi Zabit can you let us know when your team mates Zelim comes back to fight .... I hope you become champ of Featherweight and Zabib 2.0 makes a killer comeback ♥️🙌
“I had ONE bad knockout in training, thinking I was sparring just another pro & that guy turns out to be Zabit back in February 2017. Dude is a nightmare even if you’re fully prepared, I didn't know who the fu(k he was… The guy is an f*cking ninja… Comes out throwing all these Sidekicks, Hook kicks, Then 2nd round he throws a 360 round kick… I didn't go out, BUT was definitely fu(ked up. I didn't see it coming, & it landed flush….it's on video, it's pretty nasty… Hopefully, Mark Henry leaves that in the archives!” -- Aljamain “Funk Master” Sterling
In my opinion when he was speaking of success he is talking about giving opportunity and in order to give that opportunity, you must be number 1 or very experienced. Doing it for other people doing it for the next generation that’s the meaning of life. My scientific explanation: there is upto a 1 in 400 quadrillion chance YOU are born and ethically it is only fair if everyone is born once Zabit wants to teach kids because he’ll create more strong and wise men.
