Try running 42, that's what I run in Ashling to make sure I hit almost every single land drop. Generally I will only miss 1 or 2 in a 12 turn game. And with Ramos its much easier to draw cards.
I don't know what deck it is, but my Ramos (Lands [Maze's End]/Big mana) has 41+Dark Depths and it works well. Might post a decklist if I have time tomorrow to recreate it, if anyone is interested.
That particular Ramos build is based on his remove 5 counter effect and is basically a Door to Nothingness deck. Multicolor matters with a heavy focus on the combo.
On Zacama or the angels? I thought I used it reasonably well. I got the mana when I needed and then I did damage when I needed it. Bombardment only does compared to the 9 or 10 that warstorm was doing.
@@CommanderReplay I think hes saying you could have just sacced a few angels to finish off the Grenzo opponent and used the remaining triggers on another one? Not that it really mattered but something to think about.
Seems fun! I had a riku deck for a long time. At one point I made it so complicated I could barely play it (lots of bounce effects). I pulled it apart a while back to scavenge some good cards, but having a Riku deck is just a good time.
Yeah its pretty busted. I think it would have been cool if the cost was 1 less, and they got rid of the untap all lands ability. The untap lands mechanic is just brooooken.
@@CommanderReplay that comment is on game three no radha there. the point about the grenzo player was that he played spells before combat if hes tapped out he cant cast spells with grenzo. if you dont find spells with grenzo you want to cast fine, but at least keep the option open.
