WHAT YOU NEED:
• Template page (free from -truewaykids.co... )
• Colouring equipment
• Scissors
• Glue
WHAT TO DO:
1. Colour in the template page, including the tree, Zacchaeus, and leaf sections.
2. Carefully cut around the tree and the leaf pieces.
3. Apply glue to the gray areas indicated on the tree template.
4. Attach the leaf sections over these areas to create flaps that can be lifted.
5. Children can lift the flaps to discover Zacchaeus hidden among the leaves.
TIPS:
• Pre-cut the image.
• Ensure that the cuts around the leaf flaps can easily open and close.
• Engage children in a discussion about how Jesus seeks out each of us.
