I’m not Christian, but this song really does mean a lot to me. I think about my little brother when I hear it. He was diagnosed with epilepsy when he was three years old, had a nearly fatal seizure. And now here he is, eight years old and doing so well, I would protect him with my life.

I’ve been waiting for this song for so long! I’m glad it’s finally here!

2:35 This verse literally brings tears to my eyes when I remember how broken and lost I was trying to find some sort of peace. All along it was Jesus. I just needed Christ. I'm not fully there as yet but I'm getting there.

God found me and saved me against all odds. My heart was so broken from abuse as a child and I didn't understand who He was and I didn't even believe He could exist because of all the suffering in my life and in the world. But He never gave up. He sent so many people to tell me about Himself, the God who died for me, who carried all my pain on Himself and set everything right. I rejected Him so many times. I would even argue with Christians. I was so lost and broken and I spent my life searching for love only to be disappointed time after time. All I found is that we are all broken. I began searching for the answer to everything, the meaning of life, with all my heart and one night He took me out of my body. I was in the spirit and I couldn't open my eyes but I knew Someone so powerful stood in front of me. He was so bright, the light was coming in through my closed eyelids. When my spirit went back into my body, I just knew I had to pray to Jesus. I didn't understand it and it went against my reasoning and I kept doubting. One night I just cried out to God with all my heart and I told Him I know you exist, but why is it so hard to find You? Why don't I know You? And it's as if someone told me in my heart very clearly "Read the Bible" I had so many misconceptions and biases, but I bought a Bible and opened up to the book of Matthew and then John. I cried when I read who Jesus is and believed. I know that was who I was in front of that night. From that moment, He healed me. All my broken pieces are healed. I have a joy and peace and I know true love for the first time. He was always there. It was me that wouldn't come to Him. He loves us. Sin creates brokenness because it's outside of God's perfect design for His creation. We seek to satisfy a God shaped hole in our heart with other things but I can tell you now nothing that the world offers compares to knowing Him. His presence is like breathing for the first time. Run to Him and meet the One who loves you enough to die for you.

This song is actually about Jesus :) the writer is a christian and is writing about how God saved his life, he found life when he found Jesus. he was searching for answers in so many different things, but all along the answer was God, and what he really needed was God. All the times we cry, God is there, God sees the depth of our heart when no one else does, God is the only one who never leaves. He is talking about how after giving his life to Christ he is now found 💗💗💗.

I played this song over and over. I was having time with God and it was awesome. After a long time I went down on my knees and really talk to God it was so special. I really needed it. Last 2-3 weeks my relationship with God get much better after losing many people having so many bad days and always in argue with someone. It was too much for me and in this prayer I put everything in God’s hands so I can finally rest. That’s all I need right. Rest and food as Elijah. Thank you God.
