@@HARRY__Pecker yep for a guy who has been completely terrible his whole 3 year career, he sure has a lot of fans that think it is everyone else's fault.
@@richardmatthews2807 oh look it is another delusional byu fan. Assume you are a byu fan because I refuse to believe all you delusional clowns have seen what we have all seen and decided to become a fan of the worst qb on the nfl.
That Jets defense hung in there for as long as it possibly could but my god, that offensive line combined with Wilson's decision making or lack there of, just completely discredits the defense's hard work
The way y’all go out y’all way to criticize Zach Wilson but leave out every other detail of the game because it doesn’t fit your “Zach Wilson sucks” narrative he didn’t play amazing but to say he was the reason they lost that game is just completely unfair & not true lmao
This worries me too. Zach continuing to take too long to throw the ball is going to get a receiver hurt badly. That play where he could have run but flipped to a RB who immediately got blasted. It was almost "Oh no, I'M not gonna get blasted. Here, you take it." Terrible.
Offensive play calling is a big issue for the Jets. Zach Wilson is not good enough to air it out and win games. Needs to be more of a balanced offense with the running game getting going early.
One of the big problems with Zach is the playcalling. It’s totally dependent on the office of line, forming a pocket and protecting Zach, which is not happening. They need to roll him out, throw some screens, may be a quarterback, draw now, and then, just anything to slow down that Defensive bum rush
You don't know football. Herbert is facing the number one pass defense in the league and Wilson was playing the worst pass defense in the league. Big difference@@kingrambo519
@@kingrambo519 we've got one ladies and gentleman. Could I interest you in purchasing an NFT? There was a brief point in time they were worth a lot of money and I'm sure you'll agree with your faultless logic that they soon will be again.
@@kingrambo519no he didn’t lol they no team that last 27- 6 can say their quarterback outplayed the team they lost to . Dummy the chargers was up two scores so they was running the ball Zach got yards In garbage time
Best thing that could’ve happened to Aaron Rodgers was blowing his Achilles now the jets realize they’re O line still sucks without him dying back there, Glad SAS is at least saying what a lot of us chargers fans have been saying Staley had no business returning after last year so it’s hard to say what’s what yet
Yeah they aren't good, but he is awful. Lots of QBs play better than him with a comparable oline. Also funny how Wilson who plays scared and holds the ball way too long gets sacked more than other QBs he shares no blame by his pathetic and bizarre fanbase that defends the worst QB in the sport.
Rodgers' injury had nothing to do with the offensive line. He only played four snaps before tearing his Achilles. And anyway, they're bad, but a better quarterback would be able to make more plays than Wilson has.
Shannon Sharpe isn’t the same persona he once was on TV and seems like he hasn’t truly let loose. I hope this is due to him getting used to the new role on ESPN.
What's crazy is that the Jets, specifically the coach has decided to give this season away by deciding to stick with Wilson instead of bringing in a competent QB that can actually help their defense to win some games. And remember, they do have some weapons on offense as well but Wilson just can't get them the ball when it matters.
Wasn’t even his fault casual. A fumble by garret wilson in chargers territory and they couldn’t stop the pressure. Maybe watch the game first before saying stupid shit and I’m not even a jets fan
@@juanthompson8016why do think aaron rodgers is on the sideline rehabbing? the same reason zach wilson is struggling. two words for you bud OFFENSIVE LINE.
The defense is elite if they can get some time to breathe but because the offense is so trash the time of possession is typically 80/20 in the opponents favor
Zach was not the reason the jets lost that game bruh the Jets had 3 fumbles, 5 pre snap penalties, 10 dropped passes, they gave up a special team’s touchdown 2 minutes into the game & the defense could never get a stop when it mattered lmao This is my problem with Sports media today they play to many favorites & are completely bias towards certain players, if Mahomes, Jalen Hurts or Joe Burrow has the same exact game Zach Wilson had they would simply mention every presnap penalty they would mention the drops the bad play calling the bad OL blocking etc but because it’s Zach Wilson let’s just shit on the kid & pretend every single thing is his fault smh
I agree to disagree and don’t bring up QBs he’s nowhere near like a burrow or Jalen hurts whom have both been in mvp conversation and led their teams to each of the past two super bowls although I will admit your point is valid but since you named two high quality QBs who have proven something already I just can’t disagree more with you
Lmao burrow, mahomes and hurts have proven themselves as baller's. It's obvious to anyone who knows football Zach Wilson is a bust. My question is Who in the jets organization though he was Worthy of the 2nd pick of the draft?.... Smh
Blaming Zach for a horrible O Line is not his fault. I have been watching Zach, and he's a good QB. Put Zach on any team with a good defense and good O Line he would be a top 10 NFL QB. These shows always take the lazy position and black the QB or running back.
If it's just the O-line, why trade for Rodgers to bring him into a situation he can't win? 🤔Or, maybe they hoped he could overcompensate with his QB ability that after 3 years Wilson doesn't have
He in no universe is top 10. He made some really questionable decisions last time. Holding onto the ball too long, bad throws. The dude is barely a top 25 qb
Zach Wilson is bad. But the offensive line is atrocious. Plus there’s no one to throw to outside of Garrett Wilson. If Aaron Rodgers were in right now, he’d get injured again, because he’d get zero protection and couldn’t rely on anyone but Garrett Wilson to get open and catch the ball consistently
They'll eventually go to someone else who will be just as bad like last year. You can't solve receivers not getting open, you can't solve a bad offensive line and bad offensive calls. Aaron rogers will not solve this, mark my words.
How crazy it is for Nathaniel Hackett in back to back years he was anticipating Aaron Rodgers (In Denver and The Jets) and ended up with a Wilson....🤣🤣🤣
Bro. How is Wilson supposed to do ANYTHING? This is the same offensive line that holds the responsibility for Rodgers tearing his Achilles in the first place!
As a Giants fan (and I really hate to say this), the cowboys remind me of that 2008 Giants team. Last game of that 2008 season for NY, they lost to the Pats (best team in the NFL that season [just like the Eagles rn]). Tom Coughlin basically said, “yo, guys. You can play with the best: you just did.” And the Giants just put on blinders until they could play NE again. If Dallas is smart, that’s the EXACT mentality they should approach this potential (most likely) NFC Championship game for this season. Every other team is just a bs obstacle.
When you have a bad coach, a bad OC, a bad QB and a bad OL, this is what you get The New York Jets have scored 12 points in the 1st quarter.........ALL SEASON That's because they are never prepared, and it showed last night, on national TV
Chargers defense has allowed the most points in the league under staley since he took control. Cant blame herbert for that. He has to play near perfect every game to win for the most part.
The Jets actually have a good running game that is just destroyed by their inability to pass. They average 4.7 yards/carry, which is 5th in the league. The reason they are not top10 in rush yards per game is because they cannot convert 3rd downs through the air.
Im genuinely curious on how he was the reason. If you wanna say he didn’t do enough to win that’s fair but to say he was one of the reasons they lost is insane. Not even shannon said that.
@@UnexpectedWonder all of his trademark mistakes also contributed heavily to their loss. Dak & the Cowboys played one of their best games, it's true, but tbh Philly played one of their worst. This isn't something to be celebrated the way yall are trying to celebrate it.
If they somehow win next game the media will again be singing about how great the Jets are. They shift their opinions any way the wind blows any particular week
Can’t blame Zach too much, wayyyy to many drops especially from Lazard, and that line is horrendous, not mention the running is only getting 2 yard a carry
Im not a huge NFL fan, but why don't teams build up the O-Line before drafting a " franchise" QB? If you have a decent QB all he need is time to throw the ball. Franchise QBs process faster and can get the ball out their hands quicker.
Lmao SA just complained about offensive balance for Dallas citing these percentages- 54% passing/46% running. If that’s not considered balanced enough then you’re standards are ridiculous
@@hoopaswaggWatch the game, he was terrible, he couldn’t make simple completions, over throwing his receivers, throwing his receivers into difficult spot. Now the offensive line was bad but Zack Wilson is not the answer for sure.
@@isaacsampson2256 I did watch the game when he had time he made great throws, all those plays you are mentioning he was under duress and the receivers did not release. Had he tried to over do it he would have had 4 picks. Not to mention people dropping the ball. I get it he isnt a big name like Aaron Rodgers but Aaron Rodgers would not be much better so stop it
That O line has been bad for the last decade since Darnold and Geno and Sanchez were the defensive has always been good since Rex Ryan days Todd bowels and Gase
That OC called the empty backfield play where Rodgers was sacked and injured! How is he stilk at work??? Empty backfield should be banned. Do it and should be fined when QB is sacked. Hold OCs accountable per favore!!!
