This is like watching a dude reconnect with his inner child/happiness as he does the electric slide. A dance a lot of people grew up doing as kids. Him slowly opening back up to himself and holdin on to something he lost a long time ago. Or dancing to connect/remember to a time things were better Then someone on the road nearby is watching him and catches his eye so he closes back up. Maybe I’m just in a mood but this video has a melancholy feeling to me.
