The hooded guy was Desaad, servant to Darkseid. He’s best known for his torture methods renowned galaxy wide, and personally I think Joss Whedon swapped Steppenwolfs original design with Desaads vfx model. They look very similar and I wouldn’t be surprised

Darkseid is in the flashback scene when he fought the united armies of Atlantis, Themiscyra, men, Gods and Green Lantern. In the cinematic cut it was Steppenwolf instead. It is 4 one hour episodes, but it will be viewable as a 4 hour movie too. It is Iris. It is Superman.

Zack said it would be four 1 hour "episodes" and then they'll try to stitch it together to one long movie after.

I think the scale of the hologram was smaller so in camera perspective to Bruce Wayne it looks even smaller.

This is a 4 hour movie. Split into four parts, and that gives me a lot of hope for them being able to tell a bigger story.

As for the aspect ratio Zack explained that you will get a larger format and more picture than the standard 2.40(16.9). With the 2.40(16.9) ratio you get the image cropped since there is the black bars on the top and bottom. He also did mention they are working on a distribution plan for the movie for people outside the US who dont have HBO Max. I hope they come out with a DVD that has the standard 2.40 ratio that everyone is used to. Also the movie will be 4hrs but broken down into 4 episodes...but Zack mentioned you will have the option to watch it as a whole movie if you prefer that experience as well

The trailer is shown in a full frame. In certain scenes like Aquaman taking off his shirt you can see the rounded corners because it was shot on film. I believe it will be zoomed in a little bit to fulfill the aspect ratio Zack wants.

That servant of Darkseid though straight up looks like Aech from Ready Player One.

Justice League was never too soon. Everyone knows DC and their characters. You don't have to introduce them in a bunch of rushed solo movies like marvel did. That's the difference between them, or rather one of many.

"Hallelujah" is actually gonna be in the movie. It's gonna play when Batman is banging Martha Kent in the batwing hovering over Metropolis. The whole scene is gonna be intercut with Superman's resurrection and as Bruce busts a nut, Clark comes back to life which symbolizes the conception and birth of life AND Bruce rising again as Batman since up to this point he had an issue getting his bat up.

Well it looks like Supergirl because the leg is exposed. Superman has always worn tights he’s never had an exposed leg suit. So everyone believes that is Supergirl. I think that may be Bruce looking up information on Kryptonians while trying to figure out how to resurrect Clark but then again maybe not because I also heard Snyder didn’t have them resurrecting Clark the way Whedon did cause at the end of BVS we already saw Clark showing signs of life when his Aura raised the dirt. Also that is Iris West that Barry saved.

I really hope they resurrect superman another way besides the mother box. What we got in justice league totally retcons what we saw at the end of BvS where we saw the dirt on Superman’s coffin rising. Honestly think he just needs solar energy to heal like in the comics.

I think Snyder might be doing Part 3, as well as fixing Part 2. BvS: Dawn of Justice was Part 1.

They should turn the Flashpoint movie into Justice League 2: Flashpoint or have the Flashpoint movie followed by Justice League 2: War, a la Justice League: War animated movie that followed the Flashpoint movie and started the DCAMU. You would have Darkseid as the big bad like Zack intended for part 2 anyways.

That's Uxas in the beginning, in theatrical version it's Steppenwolf invasion in the past, but originally it was supposed to be young Darkseid - Uxas and now we are getting Uxas. Yes, the joker card, also Aquaman's Trident and Wonder Woman's shield in that debris And I'm pretty sure it was confirmed (I don't remember where) that the hologram was of Henry's Superman Also, it's DeSaad! Flash is prolly entering the speed force near the end, with that ground forming below his feet when he runs near the end of the trailer They might release it all as once after all the 4 are released so maybe it will be weekly release for the 4 parts of 1 hour. Weekly release makes sense since HBOMax wants subscribers 🤷‍♂️

It's 4×1h episodes but it will be worked into one 4h film

I think the people who aren't hype for this or really looking forward to this should know that this cut of the movie isn't meant to please everyone this movie isn't meant for them, this was meant for the real Snyder fans the people who really love Snyder's work.

Zack Snyder is actually filming some more scenes to add to his already Snyder cut to give the fans what they really need in this movie. So it will probably definitely be 6 hours!!!!

BVS Ultimate edition was waaaay better than BVS Theatrical cut. And that was both by Snyder. So this gives me hope for SnyderCut Justice League cuz there's no studio or Wheadon interference.

1.66:1 ratio is an Old School ratio that some of the early Bond films were shot in. Basically on a 16:9 TV you'll get some narrow black bars on the sides. Alternatively, I often watch my 4:3 Blu-rays in a Zoomed 1.2x mode and that gives you a roughly 1.66 image. It fills the screen better giving you a more eye pleasing image, and you only lose a little bit off the top and bottom. Coincidentally my only 4:3 Blu-rays are TNG/ TOS remastered, and BSG1978.

I think it is safe to say that the out-of-place Russian family won't be in Snyder's Cut. The whole time watching Joss' JL I was thinking "Why? Why are they here, and why are we giving them screen time? They have no importance to the story."

That's not supergirl, it's superman. I bet Bruce is studying Kal's biology to look for a way to bring him back. After all lex managed to bring zod back by merging him with another kryptonian being in BvS.

That hologram is not Supergirl. It’s just Superman. Superman is still dead at that point in the scene and Bruce is looking at the hologram of Superman. The leg is blue but is just discolored because of being a hologram. And Alfred saying “he said you’d come. Now let’s HOPE you’re not too late.” he’s talking to Superman.

That hologram was superman, dude. Its mentioned long time ago before the movie scenes cut off. It was not even girl legs. Just rewatch man of steel would you. And check the legs. It is the same suit. Abd the cape in the hologram is flowing up by the wind. Thats too obvious way to show its superman.

Why the people in teaser not thinking that it is dessad who is hooded if you know who darkseid is then they should probably know who dessad is

BvS Ultimate Edition was 3hrs so 4hrs for a Justice League doesn't seem all that long for me.

I haven't seen the bvs movie either, and I just bought the ultimate edition to have a better feel of the movie
