I'm pretty sure they do because while the fork spell has to target the instant, it is not the spell that targets Zada. The original spell only targets only Zada, the copy spell targets only the first instant, and the copy targets only Zada. It creates a copy of a spell ( a pump spell for instance) and that spells only target would be Zada as far as I know. Thanks for the comment though :)

@@commander_in_general but zada requires you to cast a spell. The copy created w/ fork isn't cast so it doesn't trigger.

I have used fork to copy a tutor to get the “draw a card” card to win on my next turn
