I absolutely despise the fact that this choir is too small for the orchestra... Great singers, great musicians and director, yeap all of that good stuff, I can't sing a note for the life of me, don't get me wrong, this is top notch musicianship... but, the only thing a choir, as an instrument, does that other instruments can't is "lyrics", if we can't understand a single word then what is the choir doing anyway? Double the people in the choir (which would affect the "chamber" status) or cut instruments on the orchestra, I would love to hear this piece with a bigger choir. Sorry for the bad comment.
