Nmpak lembut tapi the use of core muscle and calf strength to be able to stand wt pointy toes and the same time nk kena balance,wt ur hand open and square body..try la 1 minute.. nk lagi challenging try buat rhythmic gymnastics. Dgn apparatus.. tgk warmup pun dh seram. Try la bro hehehe
