In sha Allah focus your vision for next 12 months. Target it! Archive it! Make sure hardwork on business for next 36 months, your team will look after your business afterwards 👍

That’s the goal , to run the business on autopilot ! The goal is to work on the business vs in the business. Right now, I do a lot !! It’s so hard and sometimes hard to keep up with. With growth, it’s CRUCIAL to hire experts that will push the growth of the business exponentially. It stinks when you flat line 👏🏻

Masha’Allah, love the transparency! One quick tip for stock management is to weight check each parcel, when a customer says they didn’t receive an item you can ask them to send an image of their postage label which will show the weight and if they received the correct items. Keep crushing it, if you need a hand with e-commerce or digital marketing shoot me a message!

Re: basically you’ll know the weight of each item so you’d be able to tell if something has gone wrong.

Hey Ahmed ! Yeah we’re changing how we ship. Our app add on feature is almost complete as it’s in beta mode ❤️ we’ll be weighing each item and scanning all barcodes for the appropriate order number so this ensures that they received their products 100%. The weight of the package is a trick I use often + counting inventory. Sadly , some customers lie and I always get them with the weight 😭
