Ultimate player here, hopefully someone with enough knowledge on both games can answer this: Is single hit aerial combos considerably harder in Melee compared to Ultimate? Does it have to do with landing lag in Ultimate being lower or something like that? I'm just wondering because for many characters in Ultimate single hit aerial combos are basically bread and butters.

@@drakejoshofficialyoutubech5569 its more of a mixup in melee, it is harder as it requires an l cancel and ff at a different time then if you were to do the move normally. its still not super hard by any means but it's unusual/ swag

Agreed! I think HBox has a new fire for the game after getting beat by Zain so much. He is trying new stuff. And some of it worked in WFs. HungryBox powered up, but we’re still in Zain tier era.

leffen set was closer than the Hbox set. Hbox never stood a chance in Winners or grands.

Current zain still beats 2019 hbox though. Leffen winning game 1 was the only time I was worried about Zain.

it's telling that he waited to be down a stock before calling out the issue. Doubtful he would have brought it up at all if he had been up 2 stocks.
