Thanks so very much for posting this vid! 👍🏻 Sounds Awesome ! Hell Yeah 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻 and it’s also fun to see Zakk’s twist on these classic Black Sabbath tracks. 🤔Wouldn’t it be hilarious for Ozzy to show up at this gig ( completely unannounced even to Zakk 🤭) to sneak up behind Zakk on stage while he’s performing midsong smiling like a happy jackass having a great time like … Hey Mother Fucker what’s going on here ?! Have a good laugh with the crowd and then both sing a few of the last tracks to finish the show ! 😄
@LiveRockMusic Rob Halford sang with Vinny Appice on drums for Sabbath in 92 I know I saw Sabbath in 72 first time until 2005 Ozzfest tours. Thanks for this show cheers 🍻
That War Pigs solo is AMAZING. Is this dude just bored with how great he is and is like "fuck it, I guess I'll just walk around the goddamned building completely shredding a solo BEHIND MY FKN HEAD"???? Unbelievable. I mean, it's not even fair how great he is
1st time I saw Ozzy was in 1975, Madison Square Garden, Sabotage Tour. On his Birthday, December 3rd , 1975. The band that opened was great. I never heard of them prior to that concert. Aerosmith.
Just saw it in Spokane yesterday with my oldest son, and it was the pinnacle of a sonic-saturated peak moment in my life experiencing it with my son..!!!
"This video captures not just the concert but the energy and excitement of the crowd" Yeah the entire front 2 rows stood with their phones in the air. Such energy. Such excitement.
@@eric_in_florida I think people are slowing down a little. There are still phones up, but many are realizing that someone else probably has a better camera and angle and is putting it on RU-vid
That's fuckin sad dude !! Watch the fuckin show ... Put the PHONE down , put on your big boy pants ! You'll NEVER experience something like this again !😢
"Goin' home late last night...." My opinion is meaningless in the lexicon of music, however I shall supply it anyway. I love these kind of things Zakk does - and he is indeed an outstanding guitarist and his Ozzy channeling is excellent.
Saw Zack when he just joined Ozzy. Zack did a Gibson clinic (late eighties) at once was Music Works at the Aurburn Mall Maine. Short hair wearing a train conductor hat, and his Confederate Flag Les Paul Custom through Peavey Gear. 😅. Zack came in the room with a twelve pack, and started tossing beer out to whoever. Store owner lost it in trying to stop it . 😅 The drummer didn't know War Pigs, so this scrunny black kid in the audience went behind the drum kit and nailed it. This kid was like 15 years old maybe. 😅 Short time later, the pub next door called complaining about the loud noise, and Zack yelled out choice words!! 😅 Best $3 dollars for a ticket I ever spent. 😅
I know why bands like touring south america so much ( see Pantera with Zack ) because the crowds are hungry down there for live music . Americans have had so much for so long its like they can't even be bothered anymore to show enthusiasm .....Loved the show anyways because Zakk is one of the few guitar hero's left out there
Amazing set list. Any true Sabbath fans will appreciate that. This was cool when Zakk started it but now it has evolved into something that's truly awesome. You can tell he's doing this for the love and out of sincere admiration of the almighty Black Sabbath.
Everything will metamorphosis not evolution because of Ur minds way of leaning education via tech just by time, knowledge witch will call for eloving the mind
I so agree. he told me he doesnt wash the beard on tour because it keeps girls away so they don't even try to mess up his family. That's a real grounded, kind dude. those words but in a METAL as hell way.
Hey! I was there and brought my friend with me to his first metal concert. This is my probably my only chance to see something close to a black sabbath show live. I was at the front row on the right side of the stage.
Zakk is truly a living legend....what an amazingly talented, dedicated, hard working man! His shows are totally spectacular!!! Thank you so much for sharing this!!!❤❤❤
My older brother took me to see Black Sabbath in 1978 in Ft Worth TX,it was my first concert and my favorite,I'll always remember seeing 0zzy walking out on stage holding up his peace signs and all the Crosses that were set up behind him,man what a show..
@@glenngoren4566 check out "LA" during the Cavalera shows that came around. Or during the ST shows at Garden Amp. Crowd was going nuts. Sabbath songs (with exception for children of the grave) are slow. More for headbanging and drinkin/smokin
Just saw him in Denver. Can't believe he does these shows. Amazing shows, not to be missed. The fact that he does these shows is just mind blowing. Most of these venues hold less than 1,000 people. It must be a work of pure love. Zakk is just such an amazing metal institution. He can do anything he wants and the fact that he's doing this is just such an honor and gift.
That's what I thought too, what makes these shows even more awesome is that he's doing it because he loves to do it. He's traveling the country in a bus playing in small venues, when he absolutely does not have to. He's doing it because he wants to.
Maybe it's just for the first few shows? I thought the same thing, can u imagine the moment Zakk approached JD and said "hey brother, I need you to play for blasko"
Zakk has akways been a Monster on the guitar, but vocally I have NEVER seen or heard him any better... he has raised his voice octaves to be closer to that Ozzy Sound.. Incredible
Tuve la suerte de verlos en Buenos Aires, la versión de "Under the sun" completa todavia me retumba en la cabeza y ya fue hace varios años. Lo de Castillo es para enmarcar.
Last time I saw them got tinnitus for a week... front row in Guadalajara Mexico... make sure you take your plugs! these guys lift the room like nobody else!!!
Great Vid!!!!!!!!! Just a quick correction, That's Zakk lines of guitars (Wylde Audio). Not Gibson... But I am sure it plays like a Gibson or better! :)
@@LiveRockMusic your welcome my friend!!!! He played Gibsons foreverrrrr! 😆. Love all your videos and thank you for sharing! Hopefully I will see you cover a Ironwrath show in 2024! Cheers!
Seen the Zack sabbath at the forum the last time ozzy played a full concert new years eve he played outside the forum. Iam going to see this show again in 13 days in green bay I was at the Hollywood bowl show also
The bassist and drummer are excellent. But, i never have liked Zaks playing and certainly don't like this effort at all because of no downtuning and childish solos. The bass was way heavier than the guitar.
Reminds me of seeing the movie Groundhogs Day... He did everything over and over and over so many times that it loses its originality. It has a sense of of being contrived.
I can’t thank you enough for your video! I loved your intro enthusiasm so much that I had to watch. Zakk is one of my favorites. No More Tears and on for Ozzy are my favorites. The two mesh so well together. Hey, I didn’t realize Zakk was touring around playing Sabbath. He nails Ozzy voice! And kills on Guitar as we all know.
You heard them say to you, “you’ve been filming my show all night long” as Zakk was moving to where you were standing. He must have seen you and wanted to get up there and play over the crowd with you filming him. Genius by Zakk in my opinion! I’m curious, how are you recording the sound and have you considered getting a Tascam stereo mic to up the sound quality a little? Not that this is bad, it’s actually very good! But I’m not sure how a venue would feel about it…
It was a genius move, what an angle! I use a Shure mic (MV88) it's pretty good! Getting a Tascam could be seen as professional equipment, hard to get that through security
Makes sense. I wasn’t sure how venues would take to you using recording equipment. The shure mic sounded great in my headphones so not complaining!! Just curious.
Funny you mention that Ozzy Osbourne No More Tours tour in 1992 , I’m sitting here in BC Canada 🇨🇦right now looking at my 1996 Ozzy -Retirement Sucks Tour concert shirt ! 🤘🏻😄🤘🏻Vancouver British Columbia, good god that was 28 years ago now ! 😄 I also noticed that very same thing a long time ago dude! 🙂 Zakk does have a similar voice to Ozzy at times just naturally a bit lower with more gravel in it ! 😄 when I noticed that I thought to myself… one day hopefully a long fucking time from now when Ozzy passes… at least we will still have this Madman Zakk Wylde to keep us company, and few have ever been closer to Ozzy than Zakk has over all these years! Great Channel I just discovered it a few months ago ! Immediately subbed! 👍🏻Bring on the Zakk Sabbath Brother ! 🤘🏻
