And artificial harmonic is performed by shortening the string by fretting a note, then touching the string at a nodal point, usually 5, 7, or 12 frets away from the fretted note. That's the accurate description of an artificial harmonic. A pinch harmonic is a variation of the artificial harmonic in which you "pinch" the string with the thumb or index finger, also at a nodal point.

When asked about starting to sound like BLS Ozzy, said, "well, you expect that because Zakk IS BLS."

I'm a huge Zakk fan, and I've been playing guitar for longer than you've been alive. So I know what I'm talking about. Furthermore if you doubt what I and obviously others had to say about why Zakk got the boot, look it up in the issue of Guitar World where Ozzy and Gus G were on the cover. Facts are facts. Zakk has sounded the same for years so no one really believed that.

@XxFuneralxXxThirstxX 1) A lot of anger in your posts there pal. Anyway, allow me to set you straight on a couple things. 1st, we all read the BS Ozzy said about his music starting to sound like BLS. Ozzy hasn't recorded a single album that sounds like BLS. Ozzy made that statement for one reason only, and that was to keep from hurting Zakk publicly until Zakk was ready to deal with his drinking problem. After Zakk got sick and sobered up Ozzy told the real reason and it was Zakk's drinking.
