According to el dorado he is an S class criminal, they glance over it very quickly but has anyone else ever wondered what zanark did to become an S class criminal, like seriously he had to have done something horrible to get an S class status, the only hint they give is that he refers to himself as member of the lower middle class without a name, from that I guess maybe the lower middle class get treated badly or their problems where ignored and maybe zanark attempted to create a revolution wich would go against el dorado giving them enough reason to lock him up, it might also explain who the members of zanark domain are as we just kind of accept that zanark just has a group of people who play football for him, maybe they where his followers, this is just speculation but it is interesting to think about
