This and Adrian's duel with Yubel were the perfect expample of the "we were superior and deserved to defeat the main villain, but we aren't the protagonist" situation
@@filmwoodmedia what he drew when? He had a creature of 16,000 ready to attack and his heart dropped just when he was supposed to attack. The battle was definitely his! :,(
@@sebipoiana1768 he couldn't attack because the card made his monster come back in the final phase when he no longer had an attack to perform, even without the heart attack he couldn't attack anymore because his battle phase had already ended before
@@captainmarvelous1221 What caused me to hate him was him being gay around Jaden, being cocky thinking that he is good looking and popular because he is Zane's brother, always whine, such a coward and constantly bother Jaden with every little thing he makes a big deal about. Even Jaden admitted that too
I honestly believe that Zane had yubel in that duel. I get it why it was written that way for Zane to lose to due to his condition growing weaker. Also, it was meant to let jaden defeat yubel who is controlling Jesse. Overall the duel was really good. It did remind me of joey almost defeat marik in battle city tournament semi finals.
It's kinda interesting how in both cases, Joey and Zane faced the big bad guy in the complete oposite way of how they normally duel. Joey: Plays extremely carefully against Marik instead of just dueling with his heart in the way he normally duels. Zane: Plays extremely recklessly against Yubel instead of being strategic like in his other duels. I know context wise both cases are very different as to why they were dueling like that. Joey was trying to be careful out of fear whlie Zane was being reckless because he was literally dying on the spot. But I still think is an interesting comparison between them.
I don't know why they didn't let Zane use his cyberdark cards. It would've been so cool to see how Yubel being a dark character reacts to Zane's complete lack of care for his deck as he throws his entire deck out like he did against Sai and if Yubel would give him praise lol
I am sure with a little plot armor he could have overcame this final rule. Like I am sure if it was jaden he would have literary attacked and made himself a second and a third battle phase if needed to win the duel
Your AMV is not bad, I liked the music and how you added darken transition! I suggest you use clips without subtitles, or widen the screen (zoom) so the letters are not visible, and maybe add some color effect. Now I have two questions, what editing program do you use? And, do you speak Spanish?
But, zane is deserve to win but his heart He couldn't handle so much pressure because of the reverse cyber dragons or cyber shadow wanting him to use this spirit's deck
I think Zane could have won the duel. In my eyes he made 2 big misplays. The first one was when his dragon with 800atk was destroyed why didnt he play his trap card since he did play it next turn to protect his cyber laser dragon. His next and biggest misplay was when he used overload fusion he could have used is to play chimarateac overdragon. This monster gains 800 attack for each monster used to fuse it at the field or graveyard and can attack as many times as the monster used to fuse. Zane had 3 cyber dragon, 1 cyber valley, 1 fortress dragon(that one with 800 attack and cyber laser dragon. 6 monster so 6×800=4800 and can attack 6 times. Off course yubel had a trap card which states that se gets life points equal to all the first attacks except the last but than Rainbow dark dragon was at least destroyed, yubel had no monsters and no traps and Zane could have won next turn by attacking 6 times. What are your thoughts?
zane does not like using his overdragon he deems it as disrepectful to his monsters as shown by him only using it when he was on his dark path. this was supposed to be his redemption thats why he uses none of the cyber dark cards and only his orginal cards. he shouldve wone tho we have seen him use limiter removal and never cybernetic zone till this duel he had to lose for the story even though he always shouldve won this duel
First Yubel can has multiple decks and can configure it and pick what he/she wants it to be. The reason behind it (my opinion ofc) is the Exodia deck that Adrian has is one of the most powerful decks in the game and ofc Exodia as a card is one of a few cards that can end a duel instantly. Yubel used a forbiden deck as well, as we saw in season 1 the 3 beasts that mimic the egyptian god cards are very powerful as well, she stole the deck as we saw in the middle of the season. So i think that is the reason, Adrian used a overpowered deck with a forbiden card Exodia, so Yubel done the same.

Zane Allahumma sholli wa sallim wa baarikh ala Sayyidina Muhammadin wa'ala ali Sayyidina Muhammadin fil awwalin wal aakhirin wa fil mala'il a'laa ilaa Yaumiddin
