I love how fast are the tumbles on mainwash action 😍! Like when it tumbles so fast , it looks like that the video is playing on 2x speed but i think it does 70 rpm like look at 7:59 to see how fast are the tumbles !
Yeah the tumbles on this are a lot faster than I expected. The distribution tumbles are at 80rpm as that's a low distribution speed, but manages to actually reach that speed rather than say, like Miele, not completely hit distribution
No, the chugging is simply the water bouncing in the hose, simply creating that sound. Hence why this sound is often accompanied by the hose swinging Pump overrun is termed to a fault with a central heating system pump, not to do with an appliance
Makes sense. Interesting that you noticed that some of the drain hoses come out from the top on some washing machines. Originally that was an idea that the German brands came up with to help the customer with maintaining the u bend in the hose for smooth discharge of water.

I'm on a Facebook group for vintage washing machines (i can send you a link for it if you want) . out of interest i asked wat everyone's favourit vintage washing machines are, and told them i'm a fan of the Hotpoint 99 series washer dryers. one guy commented telling me he has a fully restored hotpoint 9901. i ended up asking him a fiew questions about it, and he sent me a video of it doing the final spin, and then into dry (I'V NEVER HEERD AN INTERLOCK SO LOUD) . I had to propper stop my self asking if it was for sale.
Hi Patrick! Oh wow! I’m in a good few of those too and possibly might know who it is that owns the 9901. But they are thankfully surviving in good numbers, and yesss! They properly do buzz, even louder than my 9530 does.
Tbh so did I when I saw the listing. It’s a shame though. This machine won’t be being kept though as not only do I absolutely hate these, but I’d never allow an inverter or modern machine in my collection lol

@@marcse7en Well, sometimes Marc, the way you write comments to me seems very "confrontational" or sarcastic when there isn't a need for it. Such as the way it was worded "why do you bother?" or on other videos too. I mean I wouldn't be doing something if I wasn't wanting to do it in the first place. I do this "temporary" machine stuff because there is no longer anything to film on my own collection, at least not within the limits of my mother's kitchen or until I move out. So I find machines nearby that people are selling cheap or free, then film and sell on. They are 'supposed' to be machines I hate or dislike, because they will never be a part of my collection. Hence why they're modern or inverter. Also being modern means they sell for profit, whereas something older isn't likely to do so and ends up being a loss or waste. And no, I do not review machines, so that's you just assuming that, that or you're not familiar with my channel enough. A review video will specifically say "FlorenceBallardA3060 Reviews" in it. I don't review washers because my opinions are too biased on them. I film them like any other channel does, There again is you wording something very rudely. interesting door for a zanussi. seeing the 1000, does that mean 1000 rpm? and for the time adjustment thing, is it in 3 or 4 steps like an electrolux? (yes i know, electrolux does make zanussi machines) anyway, will definitely be a great series of videos
Yeah, it reminds me of a Merloni Servis M6000-series door (and the build of the machine too is very Merloni-like). No, 1000 is just a series number like Lindo 100, 300, 500 etc, this machine is 1400rpm. It's in 3 steps - Normal, quick and Super Quick

I know this is a bit old, but I remember when you used to have the l. G washer dryer, well. I'm currently looking at 1 of their models. What do you think of the new ones with the A? I end the Turbo wash. Do their washer dryer models still hold up pretty good.
Regarding new modern washing machines and washer dryers. Their balancing systems are very sensitive to begin with when first new running with laundry in.
Hi. The actual glass will get hot during drying, but these have a Perspex heat shield on them to prevent any risk of burns. So the plastic will get warm but not hot. AutoDry is essentially “Sensor drying” so rather than the use set the drying time manually, the machine will sense the dryness of the load and automatically stop once it is dry.
Unfortunately I'm not sure on that as I have only ever used this machine with drying enabled, so I only have ever seen it doing the "Drying spin" with multiple bursts and anti-creases. I feel it may be 2 or 3 though on a normal wash only spin
