Just advice to change from liquid to powder to prevent any mold and always important to wash towels and bedding at 60 to allow to kill qll bacteria and allergies and once a months to use decaling detergent at 90°c as the mold thats builds up which could lead to a health hazard
Don’t use powder. That will destroy the spider like my old Bosch and destroy the bearings like my old indesit and it could even cause it to puke water out of the detergent drawer like mine does occasionally
I bought this machine a few years back because of the XXL size. But clothes come out worst than they went in. They are full of lint. Dust fibres. It’s so annoying. Anyone get the same problem??
Hmm, this is not normal. Do you use the programms correctly? The problem can also be caused by a piece of clothing (such as a sweater, cardigan...) that absorbs a lot of dust and spread all dust over the laundry during washing. In the dryer, all fluff/dust will be filtered into the filter. So make sure you wash the item of clothing that is causing this separately.
You can find the selfcleanfilter under the tub at the back. If the filter is clogged, you can clean it by unscrewing the back and removing the pump. You have to clean the washing machine every 2 months at 90° with washing machine cleaner without clothes. Then the filter will normally never clog!
Rubbish machine. Will not spin heavy loads. Programmes take ages to run. No drain/filter facility. Keypad and door flexes. Just feels cheap and nasty - not a patch on our old Samsung.
this machine is rubbish just over 12 months old and the filter broke its deep inside so just for a simple thing we have a call out. the 30 in 30 will not spin any faster than 800. basically the spin can not be changed . i do not recommend
